Disclaimer, The content of information on individual records may or may not be correct. I have had edit request for connections and changes on different memorials. Sometimes each party claiming that two different sets of parents were the parents of an individual. Edit request are sent without a source for information.You must do your own research and apply it to your off line family history.|
The only accuracy that I can be sure of is that the headstone photo's I have put on Find A Grave are in the right Cemetery.
If you would like to request a transfer of a memorial that falls within the guidelines, please use the SAC (Suggest a Correction process)and include your relationship to the person you're requesting, and your F.A.G. number.

Thank you for making the edit to Leona's memorial. She was a good neighbor and kept me in her home, as a young boy, when my parents had to be away. Lovely lady!

Hi, Do you remember where you took the grave photo for Donald? I would like to get his burial location updated. Looks like this was a merge but the cemetery was left out. Thank you K.

|Diane Hurst||RE: Ordie & Minnie Jones/Hanson|
Because Ordie is an unusual first name I was able to search the Hutch News archives to narrow down the timeframe of the name change. He was referenced as Ordie Jones in July 1940 (altercation w his son-in-law) and then referenced as Ordie Hanson in August 1965 (wife's family reunion). So it looks like he changed it after 40-41 years of age. I like your potential explanation....it's definitely a mystery!

By the way, I also see that Laura's siblings, Fred and Nana Watson are also buried in the DeSoto, Kansas, Cemetery.
