I've enjoyed spending time in cemeteries since I was child. This site makes me happy to know that people are always remembering those that have come before us. I enjoy getting exercise and just generally being outdoors via walking the cemeteries. It's also great to help folks find their past through volunteer efforts. I often think of it as my good deed for the day. I generally have no connection to most of the postings I've created. My family are featured under my virtual cemeteries listings. My ancestors had the family names of Baker, Bauer, Creamer, Crisman, Edmond, Elgert, Everhart, Fandrei, Fisbeck, Gebhard, Hinzman, Jones, Kuhn, Kukuck, Millet, Riddle, Ridge, Roscrons, Schoen, Scott, Springer, Shoup, Streich, Von Gro, Wilde, Willert, Wolff.
Please feel free to contact me if you have corrections, additions or would like a transfer. If you have a family connection, please feel free to contact me. If you are happy with my services as a volunteer, please leave flowers on one of my loved ones files in remembrance. Thanks!
Transfer of Durnil memorials Hello, I'd like to have all of the Durnil memorials from the Long Island Cemetery (NE) transferred to me. What would be the best way for me to request this? An edit for each record, or just a list? Thanks!
Minnie Deutscher I am so sorry to put this many posts on, I didn't realize you had so many of my relatives. Thanks again for putting their memorials on. Hoping this is the last post, lol. Aunt Wilhelmina Adamina Gassner Deutscher was born in Ellis, Ellis, Kansas and died in Colorado Springs, El Paso, Colorado, USA. Her parents are John 21210064 and Mary 21210074 Gassner. Joseph H. Kinney Hello, I've been looking for my Great grandfather Kinney and I do believe this is him. Memorial# 22629893 Beautiful photo of the Headstone. Thank you for your time and effort! Please note that the year of death as I know is 1905. He worked for the railroad and died in a train wreck. Even zooming the photo, it's difficult to ascertain the last digit is a 5 or a 6. Regardless, this is a wonderful and satisfying discovery. Thank you again! Scott Warme Member #48959263
