Thank you for you research into the burial of Evelyn Clayton in the Oakwood Cemetery. I appreciate your attempt to locate are grave and the burial plot information. Since her parents have unmarked graves, I was concerned that her grave might not be marked as well. Hopefully some family member will take care of placing markers on these graves sometime in the future.

Best regards,
Bob Hague

RE: Nancy Sullivan
Thanks Liz. I suspect there will not be one. I don't know if the state erected stones for residents of the Home.

Yikes, Liz! I put Nancy Sullivan in the wrong cemetery. I've moved her memorial into The Texas State Cemetery.

RE: Nancy Sullivan
Liz - Nancy Sullivan was supposed to buried in Confederate Fields in the Texas State Cemetery. I suspect that she does not have a tombstone. She was an "inmate" in the Confederate Women's Home when she died. As near as I can tell, her husband does not have a stone in Wood Co., Texas where he died. I put the section, row, and number for her on her findagrave memorial to make her plot easier to find. Thank you for attempting this.
