The Find-A-Grave website has become very difficult with the constant video ads.
Therefore it may take weeks for an edit to appear. ĖSorry-
The original information for burials in Vine Street came from the micro film of the Grave Cards located at the Hamilton County Library. Vine Street was a German Cemetery and Older information (but not available publicly) was in German. This makes for an accuracy issue. Names are often spelled as they sounded and not as they were actually spelled. Also if someone was Joseph Wilhelm Kline and went by Willie, they recorded it as Willie Kline.
I also was granted access to some of the more current information at the cemetery itself. AND I have also spent 1,000s of hours there photographing and recording the graves.
Other cemeteries come from either visiting them, or from a cemeteryís database (Spring Grove has their records online)
All that said: There are 1000ís of edits submitted each week by other users, and unless something catches my eye as not accurate, I allow the record to be updated. (So when someone ends up married to their grandmother, please just submit a correction)
I am pretty liberal with transfers: but if all youíre looking to do is add or update information, please just submit an edit. If your enthusiasm is that you added 5 records and your managing 500, I prefer not to transfer.
I would like to make a suggestion to everyone: Please consider the Find ĖA-Grave app for your phones, and when youíre visiting a grave, Record the GPS location for that grave. Itís Easy enough when you have the record up, just hit more and add GPS.

Transfer of Grave
Mike, I have just asked for transfer of Luella Clark Ashar & Royal Ashar Phillips to me. Juanita is sister of Royal & d/o Luella. I am doing all the Conner line of which the Phillips are distantly related (via Supinger, Crosson, Wilson, Phillips). Would be glad to maintain Juanita's site and add some of the research I have. Thx Carol Conner-Donovan

William J. Enz/Minnie Enz
Mike, I am trying to get photo of my Great, Great Grandparents grave markers. I see that William Enz is listed in Vine Street Cemetery, Section 1, Plot 365, Grave 8, in Cincinnati. I grew up in Cincy, but now reside in Piedmont, SC. When I visit, it is hard to get away to go downtown to get to Vine Street Cemetery. Would also be interested who is also buried in this plot. I am guessing this could be the Miller family ploy, as Minnie was a Miller? Any photo or help would be appreciated!
Kindest Regards,
Chris Folkman
Piedmont, SC

Phillips Family
I am related to the wife of Royal Ashar Phillips buried in Section 120, Lot 81,Space 7. I have been research extensively and have documentation on Royal (who is my main concern). Therefore, I attached the 1900 Census to show his family relationships. I would like a photo of the tombstones of Harry A (1859-1925), Luella Ashar (1869-1943) and sister Juanita Phillips-Austin (1894-1944)All are buried in same section & lot. If you could not take the photographs, could you refer me to someone who can? Thx so much. Carol Conner-Donovan

Surname Correction for Jacob Kiem
Thanks so much for taking a photograph of Jacob Kiem's stone and creating his Find A Grave entry. I had been searching for it. He was the husband of my great grand aunt Mary Schmidt Keim. Although his stone has the surname as Kiem, all of his family members and he as well in his census records and city directories has his last name as Keim. Would it be possible to change his entry in Find A Grave#78588061 to Keim or if that is not possible to cite it as Keim (Kiem)? Thanks so much. Karyl Schmidt.

William R. McDaniel, Find A Grave Memorial# 7758830
Hello Mr. Cusick.
I am most interested in gathering info related to the military (Army Air Corps) service of Mr. McDaniel. He served in the same Bomb Squadron (492nd) as did my late grandfather.

I am establishing a database for the bomb group of which Mr. McDaniel and my grandfather belonged (Seventh), and have also created a website where I've displayed photos, documents, etc. that I've collected from others who served with the group. www.dainthecbi.com

With your assistance, I'd be pleased to put together a page within the site on behalf of Mr. McDaniel that would honor his efforts on behalf of our country.

Please contact me at: coolmex5@gmail.com

I hope to hear from you, sir.

Regards, Michael Hernandez
