I had a feeling it was a family relationship.
I don't know how to leave a private message but if you can, please email me your email address as I have some other information for you that you will probably find very useful.

|Derek Tobias||Glasgow Hebrew Burial Society|
Over the last year I have been working for the Glasgow Hebrew Burial Society with a view to setting up their Web Site along with Photos and all burial records for their 3 Cemeteries, i.e. Riddrie, Sandymount and Glenduffhill.
I have all records for many of the other Glasgow Jewish Cemeteries as well as photos and burial records.
All this will be available on our Web-site shortly. By no means do I have 100% of the information but would be interested in getting more if possible (and corrections where possible)
I therefore would be interested in your involvement in FindaGrave and your sources and whether this is a professional relationship you have with them or just a hobby.
I will keep checking this site for any feedback.

First, let me thank you for all the photos you have taken and posted on Find A Grave. It is a great service to others who are trying to trace their family.
I am particularly interested in # 6347021, the grave of Sadie Grabovski (Green) London (1877-1900). I am trying to establish if she is my Great-Great-Aunt. Do you know the source of the note that is included on the website? This note starts, "Probably born Jonava, Lithuania. Daughter of Itsik (Itsko) Grabovsky and Ita Chaya." If this is the case, then there is a connection.

I was fascinated to find your record of Guttel Goodman's grave in Glasgow. She was my great aunt, her brother, Abraham Goodman, being my great grandfather on my mother's side.
I was interested in your mention of the 1874 Vandziogala Family List. How or where does one access this list, or what does one need to do to access it? I would be interested to know whether the list would lead me to Abraham and Guttel's family in Lithuania.

You can save yourself a lot of work by just sending me a SAC that says DUPE. It makes it easier for me, too.
Thanks for all your research!

Thank you for the photos of her grave marker and the edit for her name variation. Would you have a translation of the Hebrew words from the marker?
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the tombstone photo that you added to Sharon's grave. It is very much appreciated.
She was as lovely in personality as she looked.

Thank you so much for the headstone pictures!! I wanted to ask were there any children headstones around any of the graves?

Thanks so much Ada and totally understood. I was not interested in obtaining genealogy services. I was interested in asking you questions about Avrom Polliack and Ita Nurick. Both names are documented on a number of Polliack/Pollock memorials that you had posted. I've been scouring a number of databases trying to find information about Avrom and his wife such as birth and death dates, and if they remained in Lithuania. I'm not having much luck. My uncle had given me a copy of Yetta Cohen's (Avrom and Ita's grand daughter) autobiography that was written in 1982. No clues here. I was hoping to reach out to you to see if you have any information about Avrom and Ita. Thanks much.
|Gail Gallo||Arthur Gruskin & Jennie Polliack|
Hi Ada! My husband is the great grandson of Louis Pollock. Jennie Polliack, Louis' sister was married to Arthur Gruskin. My husband's cousins remember Jennie and Arthur as well as other members of the Gruskin clan. I'm working on a family tree and have a ton of questions and suspect that you may be of some help. Would it be possible for you to send me your contact information? My email address is email@example.com. Thanks ever so much!
