Updated: August 8, 2016:
I've been home from the hospital for about three months, recovering from surgery for cancer. Please be patient with corrections, as I will get around to them when I am able. Thanks for your understanding.
My Mother died on June 4, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. (Thanks to Christina for sponsoring Mom's memorial page.)
I will not be on the site daily, or graving on a regular basis. I am catching up on my edits and adding photos and memorials as quickly as I am able, but I am still very busy with family matters, and have new health challenges that are limiting my time on the site. Thank you for your understanding.
I am also having internet connection problems (intermittently), so corrections will get done as soon as I am able, but within the allowed time limits.
Been "graving" since I was a child...and researching my genealogy for over 40 years.
I have been dealing with chronic health issues for many years, and I am always playing "catch up." I try and do the best I can. If I post a photo to one of your memorials, and you are not satisfied, feel free to submit a photo request and wait for another graver to fill it.
I DO NOT link to "Burial Unknowns." This is a "final disposition information" site, not a genealogy site, and I will not link to any burial listed as Unknown.
Per administrator Mark (9/21/2012):
"Admins won't knowingly link any memorial to a memorial of unknown disposition. We should not expect you to link them either."
And, please do not post death certificates on my memorials. Per Senior Curator of Archives and Senior Administrator A.J. (June 30, 2016):
"Regarding death certificates, keep in mind that many Find a Grave members do not like them posted on memorials that they have created. It is best to post death certificates only to your own memorials."
REMEMBER: Just because a picture is on the Internet doesn't mean you are entitled to it!
Also, when requesting transfers, submitting corrections, etc., PLEASE use the EDIT tab in the upper right hand corner of the memorial. That way, I get all the links and can do them easily. If requesting a transfer, PLEASE state the relationship to the person you are requesting. I am related to many of the people for whom I created memorials, and I need to know this. I do out-of-guideline transfers on a case-by-case basis.
Please visit the memorial for my brother-in-law, who died suddenly on January 21, 2011 at the age of 54:
Thank you for your kindness.
