Thanks to those find-a-gravers who posted memorials and pictures of my own family's headstones in Columbus. Linda

JACOB NOWICKI
Thanks for the update. A volunteer went out to the cemetery and took pictures. They could only locate Jacob's wife and son John buried side by side.

His last name could be spelled incorrect, but If Jacob was buried there I would think he too would have a marker along side his family.

I'll have to search further to see if I can find him. His memorial has been updated to reflect unknown cemetery.

Thanks much for your help, I appreciate it.

Kathy

JACOB NOWICKI
Hello Linda,

The memorial on Jacob Nowicki (68798104) was transferred to Keepsakequilter. She does not have any way to make contact with her or anyway to modify or add to the bio.

I am inquiring about the memorial on Jacob. I made contact with the cemetery today and spoke with Ann. They do not show that Jacob is buried there. She went thru all the records for Jan 1933 and cannot locate.

Jacob's death certificate does not provide any information on what cemetery he is buried. With that in mind- and without a picture of his marker, I'm not sure if this memorial is accurate.

Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Linda, I found a grave, Elizabeth Pfanner Buehrle b. 1833, d. 1922. You mention assume w/o Karl Buehler and m/o Philippina (nee Buehler) Forster. I am searching for Karl Buehrle, his father Mathias Bierle, bros. Stephen (Stefan) and Albert Bearley. Sister Victoria (Viktoria) Obergfell. If you can help me it would be most appreciated. I have found so much information on this f-a-g site. It is remarkable. Philoppina (Philopene) is the w/o Blasius Forster, I cannot find him either.

Linda, I was going back through family memorials on f-a-g, and I noticed that 2 photos you posted on George James Marett's memorial actually go with his sons memorial; George P. Marett #92240871. Thank you so much for the photos!

Theresa Bender, Lorain, Ohio
Hi Linda,
I'm researching my husbands birth family and his great grandparents are listed as Frank Bender and Theresa Bender of Lorain, problem is I'm not sure if these are the right ones. I've been told there were a lot of Benders in the area. Are you any relation to the Benders? I have a list of the children of Frank and Theresa, but am having no luck finding much info on them. Thanks, Sheryl Obitts

Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it very much.
THe note says that the headstone is cracked at the base and leans on the parents...

And since you said that the note was created in 1997, did they remove the headstone? If so, I would think then the parents headstones with the explanation would be a fantastic epitaph....thank you!
