My new-to-me cousin, Marvin Allen #46619263, has just become the coordinator for the Montgomery Co, KY GenWeb site. I've been exploring it and I ran across John Harper's name a few times. Marv is looking for primary documents, so if you have any to share. . .

Lulbegrub Church Cemetery
A genealogist friend sent me a Primitive Baptist church history website based in Carthage, IL. It has two churches listed: the Lulbegrud Church was in Montgomery Co., KY and the Goshen church was in Winchester, Clark Co., KY. Elder Thomas Boone served as a minister in both.

Lulbegrud Church Cemetery
Hi! I contacted everyone who is connected with managing a page of a person buried in one of those cemeteries mentioned previously. You and one other have replied. I'm researching my 3rd great grandparents, Martin (#50298335) & Kiturah (#50298934) (Fletcher) White. Kiturah's uncle John's (#140073340) daughter, Elmaza Jane, married a Samuel Boone. My grandmother researched the White family for 28 years, finally publishing her book in 1983 "The White Family & Kin," however, she did not give her sources for her information. She asked me to continue researching our mutual ancestor and I'm trying to document the sources as I find them. Do you know of this marriage?

Lulbegrud Church Cemetery
There are three entries for this same cemetery on Findagrave -- Lulbegrud Church, Lulbegrud creek, & Boone/Prewitt which needs to be merged. The Boone/Prewitt cemetery has the correct location -- the others do not. Hope you can help get this changed.

No, I am not related.

You can contact the Cheney Historical Museum as they have several family genealogies researched, compiled and housed in the museum. You can find them on the internet and Facebook. They will be more than happy to answer your questions.

The close-up of her stone pic in Mays cemetery is shown sideways. Could you please correct to upright?

RE: Scott
Facing east, the black section is by itself with a fence around it by the road thru the cemetery where the older graves are. It is not the fenced in newer portion north part of the cemetery. Since they are black, many of those graves are not marked. Not racist, just fact.
