I am a family researcher with both Southern and Northern roots. The majority of the memorials that I have posted are of people who are related to me, and in general I know more about them than what I have written in FindaGrave.|
Most the photos I have posted however are on memorials created by others, and they are of people who are not related to me. The "photos" are from sources published 1922 and earlier, which puts them in the public domain. I put them up in hopes that actual relatives will find them and be able to use them. Note: If you wish to know the source of a photo, click on it for an enlarged version. I write the source in the photo's caption which appears underneath.
If you find a picture of one of your ancestors that I posted, you are free to copy it for your personal use and/or include it in your family tree on Ancestry.com. Please however ask for permission if you intend to use a photo in a published work (and thanks to the folks who have bothered to ask me).
Two of my favorite verses: "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him." (John 3:17) and "Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God." (John 1:12)

|Ann ||Thomas H Ware - Picture|
Thank you so much for sharing your researched history and pictures.
I have wished for a picture of my Great Grandfather, Rev. Thomas H Ware, for a long time and thanks to your contribution to Find A Grave I now have one.

Thank you so much for the photo.
FYI to get rid of the lines, take your photos to Staples or office Max. The9r office printers have a faster refresh rate. Home printers don't refresh the screen as quickly...or print as quickly.
I appreciate what you did.

Well, that is a neat thing to do. I know how pleased I was when I saw it for the first time and I'm sure other descendants will benefit from your thoughtfulness.

Thanks for the note, Suellen. I do have the picture and don't know why I didn't think to put it on his Find A Grave page myself. It was kind of you to contact me. Are you a relative? My grandfather was Joseph's son, Mitchell Lafayette Fowler, my mother was Mitchell's daughter, Elva Edith. I would love to correspond with anyone connected to the family.

Thank you. Absolutely no problem. If you are related, I would be most happy to transfer the memorial. I am distantly related. Very distant
