John J Bowersock
Hello, I just sent you an edit asking you to delete the links to Samuel & Sarah as John's parents because they are not his parents. Samuel and Sarah did have a son John who was born in 1837. However, John J Bowersock was a son of John Bowersock of Wayne County, Ohio whose wife died there before 1850. Sometime after 1860 John (the father) moved the family to Steuben County, Indiana. That is where John J's wife died and is buried and so are his two younger sisters Abigail and Hannah. There are no memorials for John J's parents.

RE: Lewis King, Normandy
Thanks for the update. According to the ABMC website Lewis King was a Private in the 29th ID and killed on July 13, 1944 and is buried in section J. Lewis King, Jr was in the 4th Infantry and killed on July 10, 1944 and is buried in section B. In short, Find A Grave was wrong. The entry reversed the dates on the soldiers. I have sent in a request to fix each. The good news is you have Lewis King, Jr's picture for his memorial.

Lewis King, Normandy
The Lewis King, Jr pic ended up under Lewis King, a different soldier in a different section of the cemetery.

Lewis King Jr, Normandy
Hello, I noticed under the Lewis King Jr memorial in Normandy American Cemetery you posted a picture of a different grave. Just an FYI.

Incorrect edit
Hello Sherry.

I entered the wrong ID# for the father of my Dad (Memorial# 60939266); a woman's name popped up since I must have entered a digit incorrenctly. That will need removed, which surely someone will catch as an error. Could I get you to transfer files to me of my family? I will take responsibility, do I just need to send you all their ID#s?

Thank you for all that you do here!
