Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a homemaker. I am married, no children. My hobbies include genealogy among other things. I have other interests also. I volunteer for our library by delivering library materials to people who are homebound. I love to read and play computer games (those that challenge my mind).
I have decided I won't be contributing memorials to FindAGrave, except for those who pass away from my church, the Church of St. Bridget in Glassboro, NJ. I will, however, correct any that need correcting, so please e-mail me. I will also transfer any memorials to those who request them.
I don't know why there's a statement on my Profile page stating that I'm a photo volunteer. That's not true. I have done a few photos, but am NOT a photo volunteer.
I have been back on F. A. G. for some time now and have been trying to add information from the new Edit column. I'm doing the best I can.
Sometimes I do get Suggest A Correction in the traditional way and that's fine, however, if you DON'T list an e-mail address or LEAVE A PUBLIC MESSAGE statement and I have a question, I can NOT get back to you.
If I can't get back to you, I may not be able to do what's suggested.
NOTE: LEAVING A PUBLIC MESSAGE IS FINE. FOR SOME REASON, THIS IS NOT SHOWN UNDER MY PROFILE.

ON MARCH 18, 2014, MY DEAR BROTHER HARRY J. O'TOOLE, SR. PASSED AWAY. I HAVE ENTERED A MEMORIAL FOR HIM ON THIS SITE AND IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO ADD A REMEMBRANCE, YOU ARE PERFECTLY WELCOME TO DO SO.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

ON MARCH 21, 2015, ANOTHER ONE OF MY BROTHERS PASSED AWAY. MY BROTHER JOHN P. O'Toole, Sr. passed away unexpectedly from heart problems. He went quickly and quietly. You are more than welcome to leave remembrances on his memorial for which I thank you.

ON JULY 18, 2015, ANOTHER MEMBER OF MY FAMILY PASSED AWAY. MY SISTER ANN WENEY(NEE O'TOOLE) PASSED ON.

JOAN

NOTE; I WANT TO THANK THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE LEFT REMEMBRANCES FOR MY BROTHER HARRY. SOME CONTRIBUTORS DON'T HAVE PUBLIC MESSAGES AND THERE IS NO WAY I CAN ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR KINDNESS.
ALSO, I WON'T BE ADDING NEW MEMORIALS. I WILL BE ADDING TO MY OWN FAMILY, THE O'TOOLES, THE FERROS, AND THE PACITTIS.

RE: K-9 Falko's memorial
Hi Joan, how interesting that you found the memorial created for K-9 Falco! To answer your question, the initial posting of his senseless death had his name with as Falco and then his funeral data showed it as Falko so it has been reflected as such. I think terrible tragedies such as this should be remembered as the hero Falko was, defending the public until his final breath, I am sure his trainer is still just devastated by it all....The hydrangeas I am holding in my profile photo were from a sweet friend of mine. I was her labor nurse when she and her husband were having their third baby, they were among my favorite gifts ever! Unfotunately, the bush did not survive when it was planted in front of our house, not sure if it was the soil content, pH or if a critter dug it up (we have lots of vols, gophers and squirrels who eat everything around here and always eat any bulbs planted!). So happy to meet you through this connection. Warmly, Helen Murphy, Nashville, TN

Stopped by to see Benny's new stone
I stopped at Benny's resting place and had a conversation with him. Told him 'you" sent me and that he died before I was born. Then a moment of silence and a pat on the stone. I did take a picture of his new stone so I do see the difference. I wiped it clean and moved over to see his friend, Charles Kamber who died with him in the accident.

Re: transfer/Barnes
I saw Benny's profile. So young. A few of us are moving through the whole cemetery. I figure another year and maybe it will be completed. If a memorial has a stone we don't add another unless it's out of focus, wrong angle or bird soiled which really irks me. No one wants a memorial like that. Thanks for the transfer. Trying to get all those family branches together.

RE: Edward Garbacz memorial
Edward Garbacz (1921-2004) tombstone shows middle initial "A" while marker from the military shows middle initial "J". I am NOT a family member and just take pictures. Therefore, I am not suggesting a middle initial. More research will have to be done.

RE: The Schenkel family memorial
Hi Joan -- thanks for making the links. It does look weird at first, but the siblings list is correct. A person appears listed with their siblings, but in grey (and it's not an active link). I think that's to show birth order. Also, I fixed Theresa's spelling.
LL.
