|Bio and Links|
I am an amateur genealogist interested in local history. Born and raised in New Jersey, I'm a "Jersey Shore" girl that still loves the beach! My husband and I relocated to North Carolina in 2001 and and we just love our new adopted home. |
I try and photograph local cemeteries; and whenever I add a photo to Find-A-Grave I try and add some sort of biographical information on the person. Having done the research on my own family, I know how helpful any clue can be in tracing ancestors. I welcome any changes or additions to information I've submitted, and will gladly transfer ownership to any family member requesting. Please contact me through the EDIT tab on any memorial I added by using "Suggest a correction or provide additional information".

|EmilyAnn Frances May||A Big Thank You!|
I just got an email from Robert Kennedy, Great Grandson of Herbert Rountree. He and I want to thank you for not only including the info we had but going that extra mile and adding additional research findings to the bio. Others researching the family will now be able to go forward with more information about the descendants. It is so very appreciated and kind of you to do this.

I absolutely can understand and appreciate the long hours spent in developing many memorials. I will be considerate. Please rest assured any changes whether they be additions or deletions are based on accurate data. Thank you for transferring the memorials.

Yes, I understand all that you say about what Mamie did and who she was married to. However, James Winford Bundy had children from a previous marriage. Two girls, one named Lousie. I met her when I was a child. She was married to a Quenten Crane and had at least two children of her own with Quenten. I met one of them and maybe both of them. Louise, Quenten and at least one of the girls visited us twice when we lived in Clinton, MD in the early 14960's I have yet to find any records of Winford Bundy's two girls nor any record of a first marriage. But I know it is true. I have talked to mu oldest sister's and they both agree with the information above. I was hoping that you knew more to help us connect the dots here. Thank you for your information though!!

Heck - you GAVE him to me. I've never done this before - I've been trying to connect all the Robertses and Porters and Dorseys together and I'll probably make a few errors before I get this process right. It's not easy...

My Grandmohter married James Winford Bundy and was married to him when I passed away in 1935 of a strangulated hernia. I am amazed at how much information you had placed in LABJ's memorial. DO you by any chance know anything about James Winford Bundy's children. My Mother and his oldest daughter were step sisters and loved each other. I met Lousie, her husband Quenten(sp) Crane and at least one of there children Gwen when I was a child. They visited us when we lived in Clinton, MD. I also don't have a clue as to his first wife's name or the name of his second daughter. I do know that my mother and my oldest sister knew Virgina Mosher and I am pretty sure that Virginia came to my Mother Funeral in 1980.
Any information you can might be able to provide will be appreciated. Maybe you can help me find out what my Paternal Grandmother's maiden name was... I am sorry to say she lied about a great many things. Anyway, thank you . I was nice to see that someone had more information than just the stories my Maternal Grandmother Mamie Wadsworth would tell us. We loved her stories.

Richard Morris Roberts (my great grandfather) was born 12 Sept 1837 in Clarksville, Pike, MO.
|Jonathan Bishop||Need to Fix A Birth Date|
I was looking at your posting for Clarence Earl Honeycutt. You have him born in 1809 and died in 1942. My records show him born in July 21, 1898. Just thought you might want to double check your data. Thanks...
|Linda Reno||Richard Harrison|
Richard Harrison was born in St. Mary's County. There is no such place here as Leonardsville. The only real town we have in St. Mary's County is Leonardtown, but it's doubtful he was born there.
When asked, most of us St. Mary's Countians, even today, say I'm from or I was born in St. Mary's County and leave it at that.
Thanks for posting this information. I see some of my research was used.
I'm having difficulty posting this message--hope it doesn't turn up all the times I tried.
