Westlawn-Hillcrest Vets
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

I know there is a connection between this family and the Row (Rau, Rowe, born about 1758) family but have not found out just how yet. They too lived in Germantown, NY. The oldest member I have is George Rau (Row) who had a son Johannes (John) G Rowe (Row)1774-1854. This is where the Robinson line comes in as John had a daughter Maria (1804-1870 that married Peter Robison (1802-1847).

Another Johannes Rowe (1722-1771) married a Catherina Lescher (Lasher), dau of Bastian Lescher (Lasher) 1699-1790), but I don't know how this Johannes fits into my tree, but a lot of the names of the children are similar.

If you have any further information, I would appreciate it. You can check my public tree on Ancestry.com. It is Old Rowes Tree CL.

Thank you so very much for all of the photo requests you have filled for me in past few weeks. You are keeping me busy verifying my info with the headstones. Thanks you also for setting up memorials for their family members, I did not know where they were buried. Thank you so much for your time and extra efforts. Rosemary
