I specialize in cemeteries in the Southern Palatinate in Germany. In Germany, many graves are removed after 20 or 30 years and the grave plots are re-used. Find-A-Grave provides us with a means of establishing lasting memorials to individuals whose graves no longer exist in the cemetery.

I feel it is also important that the information about a cemetery be as accurate and as comprehensive as possible by adding photos of the gravestones and linking individuals in a cemetery with their family members no matter where they are buried.
