Click on the photo to make it bigger and you should see a prompt above that says Delete (in blue script).
In fact I think you might be able to delete the incorrect cemetery as well because on an earlier screen at the top it says: Transfer Mangagement - Edit - Delte but just make sure you delete the correct one - not the one that is right!

As you entereed the grave in Thornam (St Mary) - wrong name, I think you must be the one to delete it. If you want to know how to do it - just ask.

I would suggest you put your relative's burial in the correct churchyard (with picture) and then if admin decide to delete the incorrect entry then it won't matter. I am unable to delete the incorrect entry. (sorry).
All I could do is upload the burial to the correct named church and upload the photo if you sent it to me.
I will report this error to admin when their cemetery fix thread opens again on October 1st,
