 | Lewis graves on 712 I have searched the road up one side and down the other and have not found these graves. Some areas are very overgrown and apparently so since Mr. Pilson read the graves. I had someone else with me as well looking. Sorry. These are my ancestors as well.Added by Beelady on Apr 20, 2013 1:51 PM | |

 | RE: Edward Lewis Cemetery Road #712 is Heidelback School Road. The road runs between Union Bridge Road and Iron Bridge Road near Elamsville. I was photographing cemeteries on this road in the last month and was unable to find the Lewis graves. Mr. Pilson stated that they were 1/2 mile north of the road near the old Billy Via home. I will be out there looking again the week of April 15th. It was bitter cold when I looked a few weeks ago. Your friend should beware of dogs in the area.Added by Beelady on Mar 30, 2013 9:40 AM | |

 | James W Cunningham continued 30208471 Brooks County Georgia Just one other note, Elizabeth Groover's Archer children from first husband lived with her and Groover mother and siblings in 1850 and 1860. If you have info that Elizabeth Nelms also married an Archer first and had kids before marrying Cunningham, please let me know.Added by Ronnie on Mar 12, 2013 11:57 AM | |

 | RE: Possible Mistaken Reading of 1880 Census Who married James Cunningham, Elizabeth Nelms or Elizabeth Groover? In 1880, a sister to head of house, the widow Elizabeth Cunningham was living with Sarah Groover Nelms and husband Elias Nelms. So can we automaticaly assume she was Elias' sister? We have to examine all other facts to make sure she wasn't Sarah's sister. Elizabeth Nelms was born in 1833; she married Andrew Jackson Ricks in 1850 in Baker Co. GA. She lived with her parents the Nelms after her husband died. Elizabeth Groover was born in 1820 like the woman on the census. There is a marriage record for James Cunningham to Elizabeth Archer for 1869 which was her name after her first marriage. Additionally James and Elizabeth Cunningham lived with Elizabeth Groover's mom in 1870. That would be odd if it wasn't her mom wouldn't it? We have to look at more than just one record to verify relationships but I can see how that one census could be misleading if you hadn't looked further. Thanks for your time. Here is. great page for Nelms researchers in Georgia. http://files.usgwarchives.net/ga/mitchell/bios/nelmscurtis.txt

 | Frances Spurlock @ Forest Park Cemetery in Houston I see you added a picture request for Frances Spurlock @ Forest Park Cemetery in Houston. If you would call the cemetery at 713-928-5141 and get a "SECTION" and "LOT" I will try to get the picture you want. This is a very large (225+) acre cemetery and without a location would be very hard to find.
Thank you, Cecil Vaden Jr Find A Grave # 46998439

 | RE: James Knox I walked the whole cemetery down and couldn't find it. I asked a groundskeeper who happened to be there and she didn't know the name. I'll try again the next pretty day I get.
I did add to FindAGrave a Fred & Jennie McAllister that I ran across. If you would like for me to transfer them to you, let me know.

 | Elizabeth Collier We were at this cemetary again today. We did not find Elizabeth's grave. However, there are 2 unmarked graves-one on each side of S. J. Collier. These could very well be his wife and son. | |

 | Margaret Lewis Kearney Bourne Photo I have been by Lakewood Cemetery today and took pictures of Margaret Louise Lewis Kearney Bourne and her first husband Erick Wilson Kearney, SR and son Erick Wilson Kearney, JR. Do you need all three or just Margaret. Erick Jr and his first wife Betty were good friends of ours. We went to church together and our children grew up with theirs. I am not yet good at transferring pictures from camera to computer but this weekend I should be able to get my son to help.

 | Grimes in Tabb Cemetary I wonder if Buford's could be the grave with no name beside Clinton Grimes and perhaps Ellen is buried in one of the many Tabb plots and we just overlooked her. | |
