RE: Hi Jonathan
Mystery Solved! You wrote me about Laura Bell Beecher and her name is actually Loro Hannah (Bell) Beecher. Loro is the exact spelling given on both her PA death certificate, and her husband's. (I can email copies of those to you if you contact me at )

I am related by Y-DNA to your Beechers, who descend from John Beecher b.1759 in Lancaster Co. PA.

You can see everything I know about your Beechers and their ancestors on my website here:

I am most interested in learning more about the parents of Emeline Boyd (1830-1878).

I am the admin of the Beecher Y-DNA project so we have many Beecher trying to learn more about the earlier Beecher and related ancestors. More on that DNA project is here:

RE: Hi Jonathan
Hi, thanks for your message about Laura Bell Beecher. I am related to Beechers in PA but sorry, I can't find Laura's tombstone listing on Find-A-Grave, nor her in my list of graves I manage on the site. Can you send me a link to her, or, or spelling as it appears on Find-A-Grave? If you wish, email me direct at and then I'll reply with more about her. Thanks!

Thomas Beavers in Memorial Park
Hi,I went back to Memorial Park and went to the office to find Thomas. He is actually in Babyland if you want to update the plot information the rest of the plot information is correct. What I found is that Thomas does not have a marker. I am posting a picture of the plot where Thomas is. I'm sorry there was no marker to photograph. Thanks, Kathy

RE: Thomas Beavers
That is so strange because I couldn't find a section called juvenile when I went. I will ask where that is next time I go. They are closed on Sunday. Thanks.

Hi Melissa.

I guess you can see how often I check out this site. Just saw your message from 2011. :) There seems to be more info here than last time. I'm enjoying my searches.

Hope you're well. See you on Facebook!

James Jefferson "Jeff" Seigler, Sr. is my great grandfather. His daughter Lula Eliza Seigler is my grandmother.

I have not received anything yet.

It was challenging finding the cemetery. In the end, someone I knew knew a Seigler who lived close by and he took us there.

So, we are related. What is your lineage?
