Been doing genealogy since 2000. Been photographing tombstones since 2002.
If you take a picture of a marker you should check the plot for other members of that family. Normally all members of a plot are family members even it they may have different surnames
To me the plot is more important then the one grave. If you find more family in the plot and want credit for them tell me and I will add the memorials and request pictures.
If I take a marker I will always check the area for more members of the family or take the others in the plot.
If you want a high-resolution image I keep the photo about a month or so. Or if local I can get them again.
