I have been researching my family for the last fifteen years and have traveled several thousand miles just to take headstone pictures!
I love cemeteries with all their simplicity and grandeur. The lives and stories that reside there is our history.
I am not into posting as many as I can as so many are doing. Yes it does help the families to locate their loved ones, but to me just posting the info is not enough! Where are the headstone pictures from YOU walking the cemetery??
So many of the posting are from people who went to the library and used the cemetery books to post to FAG!!!
I need to add something that must be said......
I appreciate ALL the emails that I get telling me that my posting is a duplicate of someone else's...... Really don't you think I know that? My postings are MY family and I have more info than the person who posted! And from an email 05/10/13 from Mark who you can not send an email to or post to his page. If you go and look Frank McMahan was transferred to a MimeBelle who apparently speaks French and she copied MY info to her info for Franklin because of the way she spelled Rhodella! That is not the spelling per census and her death certificate which I have. And know one knows but me the correct spelling!
Yes I have used the proper channels and requested transfers only to never hear back.
So if you see a duplicate that you THINK I posted.. | |

 | Gunilda Roberts Thank you for looking for Gunilda Roberts. I don't know why the request had Baby Roberts. Did you look for Gunilda?
I would think she must have a headstone unless someone is entering data from a data base and not walking the cemetery.
Thanks
