Recently discovered this site while doing research on my own family's geneology. Have always had an interest in cemeteries and history. Would like to do some serious graving with people in Northern California and San Francisco areas.

I recently added information to two Paehlig memorials in Sacramento at your suggestion. I am curious to know if you are related to them.

Hello,
Could I ask you to please transfer this entry to me. My mother, Edna Nuttall Hill, had no middle name. She was born in England.
Thank you.

Hello,

I recently found two of my great-uncles through your dedication to documenting gravesites. This has been a seven year journey and I am so thrilled.

Can you release the following memorials to me:

John A Marinos - Memorial #92836278, Sacramento, CA
Nicholas A Marinos - #92836279, Sacramento, CA

Thank you,

Jennifer Marinopolus

Hazel's siblings
Hello! Do you by chance have any information on Hazel's siblings? In particular I'm looking for Verna F. Beham Warner's. Sometimes she went by Fern. Also, do you know when and where Hazel's mother, Jessie, died? Thank you!

Jesse Cave
Jesse's parents and siblings moved so often it begs belief! In 1818 they moved to Columbia, Boone county MO with the Smithton Co. and the very large segment of the Cave family they'd traveled with with since Benjamin married Hannah Bledsoe in 1720 in Spotsylvania county.
Please let me know where you saw that he was b. in KY.

Hello RMcGuire, Erwin and Helen Nowak were my neighbors when I was growing up. I'd mow their lawns and feed their cats when they went on vacation. You have Norma listed as Erwin's wife which is correct, but she was his second wife and they married in the late 1960's, to the best of my memory and within a few years after Helen died of cancer. I hardly knew Norma, but what I do remember were her blue eyes. Not normal blue eyes, but extremely pale blue, very striking. They were married just a short time before they sold the house and moved into a place they could call their own and that was the last I saw of them until I ran into Erwin at Raley's in the late 1990's. Erwin and Helen married about 1947, so they were together some time. Erwin was an Architect as was my father, so the two households were good friends.Erwin and Helen were also very active with the Sacramento Camellia Society. There was a section on the side of their house devoted to large numbers and varieties of camellias. They put my photo along with their niece, on the front page of the Sacramento Bee, pinning a camellia on my lapel to announce the opening of the camellia show that year. The Bee photographer came to their house and took his photos of us surrounded by all their plants. In fact, I may find that old Bee photo and post it as well, as part of their memorials if you feel it's appropriate. I don't remember the exact year, but the paper also mentioned the birth of the child Jerry Lee Lewis had with his 14 year old cousin, if that dates me at all. I just put a photo on both memorials of Erwin and Helen together, holding their Siamese Orientals at Christmas. They loved their cats, and always had only Siamese. They had no children, but Erwin still has family in the area but I'm not sure if Helen does. At any rate, I have no idea who would provide them with a bio. so here is some info to get you started. Some is better than none, and if nothing else, Helen should at least be listed as his first spouse. If you use any of this information, please compose it in your own way. Other than this, I don't know anything about them. Cherry pic what you want to use. Best, S
