Bio and Links
Bio Photo Like most, my interest began with my own family tree and has now expanded in an attempt to help others just getting started or to those who cannot travel to the cemeteries themselves. I have been working on my own family lines since 1991 and have enjoyed every bit of it. For those who know, it is more than a hobby, it's a life love. Thank you to those who have helped me and I hope to pass it on and do the same for others.

The death cert was transcribed by as 1864. A close up look reveals the date to be overwritten and I read 1884. I agree with sticking to 1883 as on the grave marker.

Thank you. This is not the first time that my ancestors had their last name mis-spelled. I'm sure it will continue for another 150 years. TL

Sister Mary (Agnes McNelis) is my great-aunt. Other then her death certificate, my only other source is a Penn & New Jersey, Church and Town record. Both spell her last name correctly and her parents, David McNelis and Agnes Brown are correct. Agnes had a older brother James F. who was a Catholic priest born in 1859 in Scotland. He died in 1932 and is buried in Norfolk, Va. I know this doesn't help you out so I will check around with family and church members to try and figure out the error in spelling and the place of burial written very clearly as Oaklyn Cem., West Chester. RE: New Cathedral Cemetery
Hello Johnny,

Thank you for your reply. I did sent a request for a photo to be taken, but haven't heard back from anyone as of yet.

I did contact the cemetery office and the man who I spoke with confirmed the information, of my GG Grandparents.

I am in the process of sending them a letter requesting a copy of the plot, and they asked me to explain who I am, the purpose for the copy along with a small fee, so I will do this.

Thank you.

RE: Memorial #126723292

I have requested a picture of my GG Grandparents grave from New Cathedral Cemetery, and have not had a response as of yet.

So my question to you is this: How far are you from New Cathedral Cemetery?

My GG Grandparents names are Ernest Robert Lehman & Mary McCarthy Lehman and they are buried in New Cathedral Cemetery in section TR7, L12 Second West.

If you can be of a help, that would be great.

Thank you for photographing the gravesite of Sr. Mary J. Lehman.

RE: Harry M. - Photo request
You are very welcome. I am planning to go back as it is only a mile from my house and try and fill some of the other requests in Grove Cemetery, however, some of the older headstones are badly deteriorated. I have been working on the Glisson family in Chester County. Let me know if you have any other specific requests in Grove. I'll see what I can do.

RE: Anna Waltman ?
It was interesting that there was no mention of a John Clyde Waltman Jr born abt 1938 in her obit.

John Clyde Waltman Sr was almost 30 years older than Anna and haven't found yet where he was married before so am thinking J.C. Jr was her son.

what do you think?

RE: Anna Waltman ?
After a couple hours of searching and comparing, found Anna Ankney Waltman Steel buried in Oxford Cemetery where her 1st husband John Clyde Waltman is buried and the contributor transferred to me when I suggested an edit.

I knew Anna's parents and 2 of her brothers. Brother, Lewis died recently hence my search for her to link to family. If possible to do, do you want a transfer to you?
