Bio and Links
Bio Photo Currently the technology leader of a global non-profit.

My primary hobby is genealogy, and I have been primarily working on the Taglieri, Nobile, Morton, Carfagno, Ford, Stewart, Oates, and Silverthorn families history. I have also been working on allied families and helping others as I get the time.

Currently I am focused on the Ortona dei Marsi genealogy from the 1700's until present.

Best way to reach me is Email. I rarely look at the public messages. Its easier for me to follow up on requests, changes, etc, via email and keep track of any open tasks.

Yes, I'm new here, but willing to learn as I want to add as many pictures and data to my relatives graves as I can. The generation before me is gone now and the one after knows little. It's sad. When they want to learn, it's always too late. I wish I could have sat down with my parents and others and recorded their family memories and information.

I'll do what I can with what I know and those left living in my generation that might know.... and research. You can find a lot of stuff online free and some places want money. I'll learn as I move ahead.

Here are the family members I'd like you to transfer to me. There might be others later. I know I have cousins and things with other last names that have no memorials... some at Grove Cemetery too. Sooooo many! And it is easier to tweak these things if you have control. I appreciate you doing that and perhaps I'll be in touch later.

Thanks for your work and pointers.

RE: Edits

Thanks so much for your directions. I will make sure I go to Contributor Tools, Edits and Approve pending edits from now on.

This was a very helpful suggestion so thanks! It always helps to understand the process. Thank you for making me aware of the Contributor Tool portion of Find A Grave.

I went to Contributor Tools, hit edit and saw my edits. I then hit "process pending edits" and found the message "no pending edits to approve."

So, I'm assuming that the edits have been processed. I know some have already been approved because I've seen them on the memorial page.

Thanks again.

Best Regards,
Joan Peters

Mary Alice Foster (nee Latimer)

While searching Find A Grave and searching information regarding George R. Foster, I came across your email address. I am hoping you will and would be able to help us.

We know that George R. Foster's father was George Foster. and his step-mother was Mary Alice Foster (nee Latimer) who is our relative, my great-aunt who was originally from Arichat, Nova Scotia. We've recently attended a Latimer reunion in Arichat and was informed that possibly, Marie Claire Foster, George and Mary Alice Latimer's daughter, has descendants (which is contrary to what we've been told in the past). We have little information about Mary Alice Foster, such as where she is buried, and know nothing about their daughter Marie Claire Foster, except that she was born around 1927.

We truly hope you would be able to shed some light on our inquiry.

Kindest regards,

Eddie Kennedy
