Dave,
Regarding the burial site, so many graves at Glenview are unmarked. The library only lists the ones with markers. If you want to be sure he's there, check city hall. Glenview is now maintained by the city and they have all the records. I haven't been there yet, but I'm told that the staff there is very helpful.
