'EviL EcHo Studio' on Find a Grave:
-"How one dies is more important than how one lives".
It is to be noted to those of you on 'Find a Grave' who rush aimlessly to create a new contributor page without even locating or photographing the actual grave, thus submitting the burial site as unknown, that you are diverting from the very purpose of this site.
If you want recognition for creating homage to the deceased then go about and search for the graves yourself instead of posting miscellaneous information obtained from an article you read on the internet from the confines your couch based on someone you never even met or knew of beforehand.
Leave the real credit to those who actually make the journey to dignify the deceased. Who travel at times hundreds and thousands of miles, risking life and limb, just to get one photo, with regards to the accurate historical details. | |

 | Yetta Levy - Mount Hebron Cemetery I am not sure if it was your organization that contacted Dyane to take the photo of my Great Grandmother's headstone OR if Dyane IS "Shoot That Shark Enterprises". In any case, I left one message for her and I could not let this go without leaving one for you as well. My heart was warmed BEYOND words when I received the notification that Dyane had shot the picture for me. To THINK that in THIS day and time that one perfect stranger would care to do something so kind for another stranger absolutely renews my belief in the kindness of humanity. I now want to volunteer my own time to help others. Thank you so very much.Added by Nmc1964 on Feb 26, 2013 5:09 PM | | | Nmc1964
 | Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Flushings NY I am trying to obtain my Great Grandmother's Hebrew name and my ONLY hope is to find it on her headstone. Her name is Yetta Levy. She died June 1, 1943.Added by Nmc1964 on Feb 20, 2013 6:00 PM | | | K
 | Joseph Brooks Hi Ace,
You posted a couple of pictures for Joseph Brooks. I was just curious what cemetery he was buried in? I would like to get his burial info updated.
Thanks K.Added by K on Jan 26, 2013 7:00 PM | | | Max Genea
 | More tidbits Noticed the Lustig name on other posts. One of the living descendants of Kid Twist's sister Lena Zweifach is a famous artist who was married to Alvin Lustig, the famous American graphic designer. Let me know if you need some contacts on gangsters. | | | Max Genea
 | RE: The Original Kid Twist Max Zweifach, alias Kid Twist, was my great-grandfather. I have a lot more on him. Ironically, the many descendants of his sisters I have met had no idea there was a famous gangster in the family. | | | Linda E Asaro
 | Frank J. Lustig Hi, Ace! Thank you for the foto of Mt. Hebron. Am trying to get word to the right people. Ancestry has your photo linked to Frank J. Lustig, my mom's 2nd cousin, who is NOT the Frank Lustig who died in 1963. My relative died Apr 1972 in Long Island City. I hope that this helps. Contact me as needed at WillowVerba@AOL.com. Thanks so much for all of your hard work. A labor of love, I'm sure. Linda E. Asaro of NJ | | | Tony D
 | Monk Eastman Hi,
Thanks for your efforts at finding the grave of Mr. Monk Eastman. After reading the book "The Gangs Of New York" I became interested in learning more about this complex and multi-facetted individual. Despite the harm he did, his good characteristics, particularly the actions he took during The Great War have thankfully not be ignored.
Good luck in locating him.

 | RE: Thanks Your commetns are appreciated and as time passes there are more folks who never get to come home, life is not fun at times, but we deal with it day by day. | | | Robert "Bob" Busby
 | Thanks I walked Ivy Cemetery many many times and one day just happened to walk past the grafe of Wernher VonBraun, such a small marker for someone who did so much for the US Space Program. | | |
