Bio and Links
Bio Photo In the early morning hours of July 11, 2015 I awoke from a terrifying dream (not a nightmare). My husband Bob and I were driving down the road (as dreams go) Bob walked away from the divers seat to relax in the back seat. I am sitting in the passenger seat as a song I really like starts playing. I reach over to turn up the volume and start singing along. Suddenly there is a curve in the road, I reach for the steering wheel but not in time. In slow motion the car leaves the road and goes over the cliff making several end over end flips in midair before heading nose first to certain death. My first instinct was fear then peace, acceptance and joy as I closed my eyes and embraced death. This disturbed me all day, I love life but my dream suggested different, how could I except death so calmly? As the day went by I tried not to think of the dream but it just would not go away, I cried off and on all day. Bob spent most of the day helping our son Joe with his dishwasher. By the time he got home the dream was all I could think of. I finally said " I had a dream I need to tell you about because it really bothered me". After telling him the dream he said "You know this is about your father" I kind of thought so. He said he thought the dream was about excepting his death and letting him go. He was right I felt so much better after talking to him. My father died May 10, 2015 I love him and miss him so very much.
I can't believe your gone, you have always
been there for me.
I can't believe I will never hear your voice.
I can't believe I will never feel your embrace.
I can't believe I will never again feel your lips
upon my cheek.
I can't believe, but I must.
I miss you Dad so very much, love you.
Your daughter Lynette

The photo was taken at Bolin Cemetery. Bolin was once know as Macedonia-Bolin before the name was changed.

RE: Sophia West Green
I thought I already had put up a memorial for my grandmother, Sophia West (Green) Barnett, but now I can't find it.
One of my relatives went to Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg TN and took a photo of her headstone, so now I have proof she is there by her boys, as she wanted.
If you can help me get this memorial put back up for her, I would really appreciate it. Especially now that it's proven, no one should have a problem with it. Thank you!

Bolin Cemetery Relocation
I see you have several graves located in the Bolin Cemetery. This cemetery is actually called Macedonia. I will attache a link so you can see the relocated graves from the Bolin Cemetery which the original location is now under water. Once you access the file, you can search Bolin and see the results.

RE: Carester W. Oliver
Thanks for this information. The Alabama Death Index indicates that Mary Caroline Oliver is buried at Lawler Cemetery. William G Oliver died in 1942 (per Alabama Deaths) after the census and I cannot verify that he was buried at Lawler. One would think he is there with his deceased wife and son but I do not know. Also is that a double stone for Carester? I can't find a memorial at Lawler for his wife, Marie either. Thanks again for your help.

Lawler Cemetery:
Lynette, are you related to the Lawlers buried in this cemetery? I have decendants buried here who are Williams and Lawler.

McConnell family
Hi Lynette,
A 'cousin sent a link to the McConnell memorial pages that you created for the Wyoming Cemetery in MA. Are you related to the McConnell's? The 'cousin' and I are related through the marriage of Bertha McConnell Larkin to James Richard Larkin. Thank you for the work you do for your relatives and for the searchers and users on Find A Grave.

RE: Dr. Hilary S. Bruce - Waverly Cemetery

Thanks for your reply as I thought you had it pretty well covered. Dr. Bruce and his two wives should all be buried there. Their graves might not be marked.
