I am a southern girl (and being 60, I use the term loosely!) who has been at this genealogy thing for many years. I love cemeteries and find them as beautiful as any park with the added bonus of beautiful markers and a 1000 stories. So naturally I love this site! I live in Savannah, Georgia so I have a lot to explore.|
I am excited to add new photos and search the site for "missing" family members!! Candace S
Family names..Morgan, Thompson, Shiver, Fulghum, Jeffers, Elder, Belford, Winterbotham, Coss to name a few......

You might try asking at the crematory if he was cremated and his ashes scattered or taken by family. There are two in Inglewood with similar names: Inglewood Mortuary, and Inglewood Cemetery Mortuary (which is affiliated with the cemetery you have Andrew listed it). Sometimes the database has the person listed there when in fact it was a cremation that was taken off site, so you should call and get that clarified first.

Hello. The office staff at Inglewood had nothing for an Andrew Noe in their records. You might try Angelus Abbey, or Lincoln Memorial Park, or Woodlawn Memorial Park (Compton, CA).

I appreciate the reply. I apologize if I sounded like I was questioning; just trying to find Isaac. As we know, Find-a-Grave is only as good as someone who inputs info.
It's likely that Isaac Morgan is there, just that no one has taken the time to put him there. Sorta like trying to find a needle in a ...... huge stack of other needles.
Thanks, again, for the reply. Good to know that someone is 'out there'.

Sorry I guess I can't spell.
I found the only Clara Belford in the Perry Cemetery. The dates do not match yours. This Clara some of my family knew and she had a sister named Mary. This Clara is in the 30th row in the west part of McCord cemetery.

|Walter Raleigh Terry Jr||Pineview Cemetery Rocky Mount NC|
Please call Pineview Cemetery in Rocky Mount, North Carolina at 252-972-1158 for the location of the gravesite in question and I will try to find it and post the photo. The cemetery is rather large and without that information it is very hard to find the gravesite.
Thank you Walt Terry

Thank you Candace! My friend, Chris Harris, actually took the photos and located the cemetery. He is also helping me with one of my cemetery restorations in Pleasant Hill Township. He and a friend of his have located almost every abandoned cemetery in Pike county and obtained GPS coordinates for each one. Thank goodness! He was also the person who took me to Starkey Cemetery - would you mind emailing him and telling him "thank you" so he will know how much you appreciate it?
I have added two Thompson children that are buried in Jesse Thompsons family plot. If you would like that transferred to you just let me know. They are Louis and Robert.
|Judith Hurt||RE: George D Elder|
In Forest Lawn Cemetery at the Masonic section, Lot 56B, I found Amos A. Elder (1885-1969) and Grace A. (1887-1979). This is the same location that was listed for George in the burial record book.
