I am a son of Roland Francis Tucker and Bernice Julia Blanchard. I was born March 29, 1947 in Barre, Vermont at the Barre City Hospital. I lived in Barre and graduated from Spaulding High School in 1965. I attended two years of Johnson State College. My parents moved from Barre in 1966 to Essex Jct.,Vermont. I started work at the IBM Manufacturing Plant in Essex Junction in September 1969 and accepted a transfer to San Jose, California in February 1972. I married in 1974 which ended in divorce in 1997. While in the Bay Area I lived in Santa Clara, San Jose, Fremont, and Gilroy. I moved from Gilroy to Fortuna, California in July 2002 where I worked from home and retired from IBM as a Project Manager in February 2003.|
I would be happy to transfer any memorials except my relatives.
If you do take a copy of any of my photographs, please credit me as the source - David William Tucker, contributor #48410222 and list FindAGrave.com as the location in which you found the photograph before posting to another website or family file. It is not only polite, but good genealogical practice. Thank you.

|Roger Moore||Patty Qualls Memorial|
Thanks for the update on Patty's information Dave.
|George T. Huggins||Thank you for pic!|
Thank you! for the picture of the headstone of Joseph Desmond Heney, in Sunrise Cemetery. It is appreciated.
I am not related but my family owns the ranch where William used to have a trading goods store. A large recreation area was named after him. I have been doing a bit of historical research on him.
Thanks for looking for the graves. The one you found is the son's. I am surprised that William's was not there too. That's the trials and tribulations of doing this research!
|Jean Jorgensen||Everett Quick|
Thank you for following up on Everett. Evidently none of the Quick's had a headstone.
|Jean Jorgensen||RE: Orven Quick|
No, I am not related to them. I am doing research on the Longbranch Seventh Day Baptist Church and Cemetery and a plot map of that cemetery listed "Oscar Quick." I hadn't run across that name before, so started searching. I finally found, through Ancestry, that Oscar Quick was a two year old boy who died in Franklin Precinct, Richardson County, Nebraska; no parent names. That's all the further I have found.
|Jean Jorgensen||Orven Quick|
Thank you for your diligence in trying to find this gravemarker. It seems that he lived away from his family, although a brother lived with him shortly before he (the brother) died. I haven't looked it up, but I believe they are both buried here. Family would not have given their graves a headstone.

Thanks, I will let Linda know. I guess a neighbor to the cemetery was surprised at the lock, also...
Yo, Dave! Do you know anything about the cemetery being locked now and/or where to get a key? Another member contacted me yesterday...
|Nathan Haines||Josephine Pearl Elgin Sledd|
Good job finding all the info on Josephine Sledd.
I will transfer her to you if you want her.
