Linking kids to parents
To link children to the parents, you have to go under the child's memorial, edit family members, and then add the Find A Grave numbers of the parents.

I did this for the Allen's.

RE: Adding 'relationship links' on two brothers' memorials
The way siblings link is through their parents, for example when I linked my mom to her parents and I did the same to her brother and sisters (in their memorials) then it Find a grave linked them as siblings.
The person who maintains the memorial is the only one who can do the addition of the link.
Unfortunity there is no separate link to just do it if there is no parent link.
If their parents have memorials, you go into the siblings and add the parents links, provided you maintain the memorial or you have to get them transferred to you or have the maintainer do it.
I just noticed that I created Suren's memorial if you like I would be more then happy to transfer it to you(as well as any of your familys that I ceated(just send me the memorial number so I can pull it up).
I hope this helps, I have been trying to think how to word it so it would be understandable.

RE: Auguste Marie Henriette Gierke
Gierke, Gehrke and all variations are so common in Germany. I have a quite thorough database of my Gierke line and I have no Augusta Gehrke born in 1853. Were your Gehrkes from Krakow-am-See, Germany? This is where my family lived, and before Krakow-am-See they were in Gulitz in the 1600s, both in Mecklenburg. Thanks for writing.

Auguste Marie Henriette Gierke
Auguste Marie Henriette Gierke, born 14 July 1864 in Krakow-am-See, Germany, is the niece of my great grandfather Alexander Heinrich "Henry" Friedrich Gierke. Can you tell me your source for the birth date of your ancestor Auguste? If you have a firm birth date of your Auguste then we are cousins and I'd like to share more data with you.

Jerald Musikant.
I spoke with our Township Trustee, who takes care of the records for this cemetery. She told me that Jerald does not have a tombstone yet. He is located near the tree near the middle of the far west (back) area of the cemetery. That is why I could not find his tombstone.

I walked the Lake Township Cemetery the other day but did not find this tombstone. I will have to ask our Township Trustee if she can tell me the approximate location.

Thanks very much for adding the photo of my niece's grave. I've not been to the cemetary since we buried her, so this is the first I'm seeing the stone. Bless you.
