Michael Rice
Michael Rice is my great grandfather 4 generations back; I am trying to figure out how you came up with 1830 for his date of birth. All of the census records that I can find and even in you subtract 77 from 1917 that comes to 1840. I believe he was born in that year. If you have any other information disproving that please let me know. Thank you, Angela Flees

Hilbert, James #147733955 & Hilbert, Horace Lyle #128701554
Hello, in researching my Hillbert family line (I am a great-great granddaughter of James Hilbert), I see you have posted death certificates for James and one of his sons Horace, and their memorials. Are you related to this family? If not would you consider transferring their memorials to me, so that I can add additional information and make links to other family members. My Find A Grave # 47889211.

RE: Theresa Bogenberger Rinke Schneider
Thank you Celeste for the marriage info. i was given a full history of the Rinke's that was written in 1962. I am still working on finding the correct info and appreciate the correction. I was just so happy to have found her maiden name, since the letter didn't have it. Hoping you have a wonderful day!

I am so excited!
I came across your Findagrave.com page for Rachel Lawrence Grieve (Find A Grave Memorial# 126366518)
last night while searching for family members in Michigan. I believe this is the same Rachel Grieve who has been missing from our New Brunswick, Canada family. Are you related to her? If so, you connect to a very well documented Grieve family line.

I would love to see a clearer copy of the death certificate you posted. It is a bit blurry, but you can read that her maiden name is Lawrence rather than Lazerence.

Sorry for my spelling, last name Carsted.
Also I did not notice that your memorial was made for the cemetery in Bingham Twp. Cemetery in Leelanau.
This marker for Evelyn is in Oakwood with other Carsten markers in 2nd Addition Block 101.

Emilie, I will be glad to accept the edit you submitted for Emilie if you will give me the source for the name change you submitted for her husband. If you are a close relative or have an interest in the memorial, I will transfer the memorial to you.

I don't know where to even start looking for him since you didn't provide a number or use the edit tab.

Anna (Fleis) Popa
Dear Celeste,
You really do great job uncovering these people that have been appx. 95-100 years.
Anna Popa that you posted is already there as
Anna Veronica (Fleis)Popa. If you look at the
death certif.,one place the date is Dec.10,1919 and next line is Dec.10,1918. You got to remember this is during the influenza of 1918, doctors were frazzled and probably very "short" to make out a D.C. She was a daughter a of Thomas Fleis/Flees,but as you can see Frank couldn't remember his mother-in law. Anna's # 51211815

P.S. I don't know if I told you the differences between Flees/Flis/Fleis/Flies depending who you were talking to(draft board,priest/census worker, official, etc.) Dana
