1830 Census Harlow B. Seager
In Cattaraugus County, NY in 1830 on page 242 there is a name that appears to be Harlow B. Seager. The name is not indexed that way at all, also on the page is a name that could also be Orestus or Orelus Seager. There is a mention in a county history that Clarinda Seager married John Towers. John Towers is listed next to Harlow B. Seager. I am trying to figure out if there is any possibility that Clarinda was related to Harlow. The census records say she was born about 1805 in NY. John Towers died before 1840, Clarinda married again to a man named Ketchum and had a child named George Ketchum about 1847. She shows up in Cattaraugus county until 1880. The history said she died in 1891.

Louis Reese

I searched the lot where Louis Reese is buried. I don't know for sure if I found his headstone or not, but I may have. There is only one headstone on that lot and it is very difficult to make out what it says. It appears that the first name (maybe) starts with an L and that there is an E and an S in the last name about where it would be in Reese. It's so difficult to tell and I don't want to post it if it's not his. I've tried everything to try to get it to show but nothing seems to bring it out. If you want to try, I would be happy to send you the picture. I wasn't able to read it at the cemetery, so it's not just the picture. Let me know.
