I have been documenting my family history since 1991 when my Great-Aunt Tillie Perner started me with a 4-page listing. That has now been expanded to several thousand names.|
My interests include relatives in the Texas Hill Country with the German Texan surnames Ackermann, Albrecht, Beck, Behrens, Betz, Bickel, Brieger, Bueche, Eckart/Eckard, Fey, Friesenhahn, Gombert, Hilbert, Kaderli, Kneupper/Kneuper, Kortlang, Mueller, Reininger, Scheel, Schubert, Schumann, Schwab, Stahman, Stichler, Uecker, and Wenzel. My mother's side is Bueche and my father's side is, of course, Brieger.
I live in Colleyville, Texas and can handle photo requests for the Colleyville and Grapevine area. Including the section name for the large cemeteries helps immensely.
It would be really great if Find A Grave provided icons that you could attach a birth certificate, marriage license, or death certificate to. However, since they don't, I ask that certificates not be added to a memorial. However, feel free to email me copies of these for my collection. I'll add any pertinent information from the certificates to the memorial.
My photos are free to anyone who wants to copy them for non-profit purposes, no need to ask. Just credit me for the photo.
I always appreciate links to parents and spouses that I am missing. Use the Edit/Suggest a Correction tab.

Do you remember where her grave photo was taken? A merge was done and the cemetery info was left out. I would like to get it corrected.
Thank you, K.

|Melissa||Regarding memorial page|
I was curious how you know my grandfather? You are maintaining his page. Shortly after he passed, I went to create a memorial page for him. It was important for me to put it together, but someone beat me to it, my grandmother's too, who passed just four months later. I understand the gentleman that originally created his page is also deceased. My grandfather and I were extremely close, as close as my own father to me. When he passed, I wasn't even able to make it back home to the funeral. I live away from my family, up in New England.
Anxiously awaiting your reply.

Thanks for doing this. I hope you didn't travel 2,000 miles to take the picture and make the correction. :) Judy

|Ruth Hundley||Norman Ess Memorial# 109656194|
I would like to know your relation to my cousin, Norman. He is my father's Godson and I just ran across his obit online a few days ago. I have written him over the years but never to receiving any answers on family history. He was quite a bit older than me, in fact his son is my age born '48.
Give a yell and I can catch you up on more info for Norman and Doris... I'll write the other gentleman, too.

|LKat||Franz "Frank" Graf|
I have declined your edit to change his name to Frederick Christian Graf as there was no documentation available that were found to indicate that as his name. There were some documents that had his nickname as Frank, I have added that to his memorial page.
If you can send me a link to the documents you have that indicate his name, I will gladly make the corrections.

|Oma||Russell G Frownfelter|
You were kind enough to post Russell Frownfelter's information. Thank you for doing that. However, I noticed he is not listed on the non-relative virtual. Curious as to whether he is considered family to you. Russell's grandfather, Gideon Frownfelter and my grandfather David Frownfelter were brothers. That could make us very shirt-tail "cousins." Just curious.
