Thank you for the great information. I have made the corrections, including an edit adding Elizabeth as another wife for Nicholas...and have transferred all the Schiels I have done to you for family safekeeping.

Blessinngs and happy holidays.

RE: Catholic records on FamilySearch
Actually, the ones buried at St. Michael's are my great-grandparents - Lambert Wilsberg and Christina Konzen. Their daughter and my grandmother - Mary Adeline Wilsberg - married Anton (Anthony) Koberstein and they lived in Toledo. More than their sur-names but I didn't want to have to look it up again just in case you asked. :)

RE: Catholic records on FamilySearch
I had briefly looked at these records and saw that they were handwritten ledgers. I have not yet been able to find the time to dig into them but I am so looking forward to doing so. My grandparents at one time lived in New Bavaria. Their parents are buried at St. Michael's Cemetery, Ridgeville Corners, which I think is not far from New Bavaria but I could be wrong. I can't wait to check out these records and I really appreciate your tip that they even exist. Thanks so much again for being so helpful!

RE: Catholic records on FamilySearch
Thank you, Ken. I was able to accidentally find the Calvary Cemetery site last night.
No guarantee I can do that again though. The link you sent would have to be retyped (can't get to it simply by clicking on it) but if push comes to shove, I will do that if all else fails. Thanks again!

RE: Catholic records on FamilySearch
Thanks, Ken, for this tip. I will definitely check it out. I am also a volunteer grave finder and dropped a long list off to Calvary Cemetery two weeks ago asking for info on them. I asked them to contact me with a few at a time as they found a chance to look them up but I have yet to hear a peep from them. Hopefully I can get the info from this webite you mentioned. Also, thanks for transferring the requested memorials. It is very deeply appreciated!

Transfer of Granger Memorials
Hi Ken,

Agnes Laberdie Granger was my great aunt and I initially asked Findagrave staff just to link your memorial for her with her parents. Being the impatient person that I am, I decided to create another memorial for her so I could begin adding information about her entire branch of the family. Findagrave finally did link your memorial with mine but now her name appears twice in the Family Links section. Could you possibly just delete your memorial or if you prefer, just transfer its management to me.

Also, could you transfer management of the following memorials to me as well before I screw everything up again: Frederick Edward Granger, Doris Octavia Granger, Fred Charles Granger, Sr., and Fred Charles Granger, Jr. I think these are the only Grangers I need but there may be other surnames as I get into this more deeply. If so, I will contact you again.

Oh yes, another thing. You had entered her name as Agnes Laberdee Granger. When I had Findagrave link her name to her parents, they also changed the spelling of her maiden name to Laberdie so that is how you should find her memorial - Agnes Laberdie Granger. Her parents, Gilbert and Octavia, used Laberdie and of their 12 children, I believe that only my grandfather, Wilford, used Laberdee. If you know something different from me about this, please let me know.

Thank you so much for your help in this matter.

Linda (Laberdee) Grant

Thanks Ken!
You are so right - Catherine, Kathryn, etc, can be spelled many ways. :)
