Please do not use my headstone photos from this website to post on any other website or to make duplicate memorials on this one. Photos posted to memorials on Find A Grave are copyrighted by the member who submitted the photos. Lifting the photo to use elsewhere (on other sites) would be a violation of copyright. Please note that it is considered bad form to request a transfer and then, after receiving the transfer, delete that page and substitute it with a new memorial that you have created. This practice denies credit to the original contributor.
When requesting linking of family members, it would be nice to add a "flower" on the memorial.

Thank you for adding the photo to his memorial. Ken Tyler, Oostburg WI
Thank you for taking the time on a hot summer day to visit a large cemetery and photograph my great-aunt's memorial. On a separate note - I found the photos of the Phoenix National Cemetery to be so interesting. My images of National Cemeteries are lush and green, like Arlington in Virginia. I had never considered what a National Cemetery in the desert would look like. So thank you for that added perspective.
Scott in Arkansas.

On memorial #3990872, you posted a picture of Pvt. Kenneth Muffley. His grandmother, Frances Weidenhammer Jagger, and my great grandmother, Elizabeth Ann Weidenhammer Straub, were sisters. May I use your photo of Kenneth to post on Ancestry.com. I am in the habit of writing on every headstone the name and Find a Grave contributor number of every photo I have copied from Find a Grave before posting to Ancestry, and this picture will be no different. I do not take away from the asthetics of the picture, and place the name on the headstone in an unobvious place, yet big enough to be seen by all who would wish to post the picture on their own records.
I do not like those who repost pictures I have taken and claim as their own. This is nothing short of piracy; hence I ask before copying. Would you be so kind as to let me use this picture of Kenneth, giving credit where it is due? Nancy Gawthrop

Thank you so much -- Lybrand was my cousin, though I only met him once. I really appreciate the photo.

Such a good, clear photograph! Surely does prove that the death date for Dave on this site is incorrect:
MANY THANKS for your time & effort.
