I have put a great deal of time into creating many of these memorials. I am continually researching the memorials that I've created and often find more things to add. If you have some information you'd like added, let me know. |
Please read the Find a Grave policy to see whether your request qualifies a transfer. If it falls within the guidelines, then, please use the EDIT button on the top right of the person's memorial page when you want to request a transfer since it provides me with the link to that memorial.
Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) will not be transferred. The goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. The ultimate goal should be to have meaningful, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it.
I am more than happy to have anyone add their personal photos of people on a memorial. However, I discourage adding death certificates and genealogy material in printed form out of a book.

Thank you so much Donna for getting Nona's gravestone pic. Her granddaughter, Rhoda Friend Rentschler will be so happy. I'm helping her with her family tree because she wants to know about her mother's side of the family and we are stopped at Nona who was married 3 times. We know her father is Chester Williams but there it has stopped for now. I'll send the gravestone over to her email. She's at work and will get a kick out of it. Thanks again. Betty Nelson, Phoenix, AZ.

Thank you for taking time to photograph and document the grave of Carole Rushing for me. This is my wife's aunt and since we live in Oklahoma, and there are no remaining relatives in the Spearman area, we were unable to know if a marker had been placed or not. I really appreciate you taking time to document this for us!

Dear Donna, thank you very much for posting this photo. I'm retired and live in New York City and can't really travel far, but most of my ancestors are buried in the West and MidWest. Through people like you, incredible volunteers, I've learned so much about my family that I can pass along to my daughter and grandchildren. Your help with this photo is very much appreciate! All the best to you, Suzanne A
