Remember everyone to be safe when in cemeteries, I wear boots (have come across snakes and various other creatures) and watch out if reaching underbrush or debris to clear off a headstone....again snake and other animal danger.

RE: Ellen Ward
Heh - yes!
Yup, she and Samuel Hassie Yancey are my 'blood' grand parents. But she remarried and they had yet ANOTHER family after. I think there are 3 'batches' of Yanceys & Wards.

Yeah, I just discovered a 1910 census which puts her at age 3 before her mom (Jennie) was even married. So, she's DEFINITELY 'Watkins' (her mom's name), even though her mom married Dewitt Perkins a few years later.

This has really gotten me into Genealogy, but it's also shown me you can't 'assume' last names & birth dates & such. Plus there's so much inaccuracy, certificates filled out wrong by doctors 2 weeks after the birth, etc, etc.

Thank you, sir!

RE: Peggy Huse
A transfer would be great! My number is 47908214.

She is first cousins with my dad, so I guess that's second cousin. I never have understood how that worked. I don't think Uncle Charles has a memorial on F.A.G. I'm trying to get in touch with Joan's sister to find out where he's buried.
Their parents were divorced and I know nothing about their mother other than her name.

Thanks a lot!

RE: Julie Brickey
Hi
There are 2 edits pending for Julie Cunningham Brickey. One gives her place of birth and death. The other to her mother Julia Ann Erwin Knight Memorial #58118219. I do not know where her father Isaace H. Cunningham died or is buried. Do you want me to resend them? Thanks!

Glad you like the photos. I like to make family feel like they have been there! Their marker is in great shape.

Infant Gaston daughter
Thank you for adding the bits of information and links to the memorial of Infant Gaston; who is buried next to her maternal grandparents in Oak Cliff Cemetery Dallas, Texas. I was not aware that great uncle Grady Gaston had a daughter who died in infancy, until I came across your memorial with photo of her gravestone.

I also want to thank you for adding the links & information to her maternal grandparents, Benjamin W. & Ida [Klyce] Smith memorials.

Ed, it is thanks to individuals like you; who's incredible contributions here at Find-a-Grave are invaluable to individuals like me doing family research. ~ with appreciation, George Gaston
