I have been working with my Mother Blanche PULLIUM Johnson since 1974 on Genealogy Research [38+ years experience] and took over when she passed away in 1999. My father Jay N. Johnson passed away 25 March 2006 - they both wanted me to share what I had and to find other family members to contribute to our genealogies. I hope this will do just that. I also have a Graphic Arts degree and photojournalism [32 + years experience]|
My roots are mainly in the Southern and Eastern United States: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia (and other states to a lesser extent.) The vast majority of my ancestors originated in England, Italy, Germany, France, Scotland, and Ireland.
Paternal Lines Searching: I am interested in all Jackson's in the United States prior to 1900, with a major emphasis on those in Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee [Henry County - western TN]. Husband's Paternal family
I am interested in all Johnson's in the United States prior to 1900, with a major emphasis on those in Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee [Tellico Plains - eastern TN]. My Father's Family
Maternal Lines: I am interested in all the Thomas families in the United States prior to 1900, with a major emphasis on those in Louisiana and Georgia [Central]. My Husband's Maternal
I am interested in all the Pullium's in the United States prior to 1900, with a major emphasis on those in England and state side in Virginia, North Carolina [Cherokee County and surrounding counties] and Tennessee. My Mom's Family - From Banister back to England our spelling is iAm only from Him backwards. If your name is spelled Pulli U m then you are kin from Cherokee County, NC.
I am also interested in researching my children's heritage.
The Kelley families from South Carolina and Georgia [Gibson] area.
The Kamens families from the Ukraine, USSR - not of polish descent, from California, New Jersey and Georgia.
NOTE: I love to get all information from anyone to make the memorial better so please feel free to contact me with any suggestions. Except if you do not have an E-mail, or do not let people comment on your profile or give any way for me to contact you back then please do not make suggestions. I say this because if I have a question about the information I need some way to contact you. I will not blindly put on something that I have concerns about.
******Please use Edit tab on upper right hand side of memorial for all transfer request and all corrections. This makes it so much easier for me. PLEASE DO NOT add the info in the "Leave Flowers & a Note" section, this looks tacky. This should be used for love & sympathy notes not bio. Use the "edit" tab and I will gladly add your information in the memorial. ******
If you would like an original photo sent to you, that I have taken please ask that's all there is to it. The original is 10 times better than a 72dpi copy off this site, I promise. I love to share with family. Thanks.

Full length picture added to his memorial.
|Gypsy Soul||RE: Thank you for your time|
No problem. Give me a couple of days to get over the holiday chaos and I will get back out there and take another picture. :)
|Gypsy Soul||RE: Thank you for your time|
His stone is a large, flat stone that is about six feet long and 2.5 feet wide. It's hard to get it in a full shot and you won't be able to read but I will be glad to add it.
|Rev. Rick Stoneking||RE: Thank you for your time|
Thank you for your very kind "thank you" regarding Find A Grave. Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can help again in any way.
I am disabled so my wife and I share this joyful pursuit together. It is indeed a labor of love born out of my own genealogy work started with our own family lines.
I know how fulfilling it is when you are stuck on someone so you put out a request and some perfect stranger says, Oh sure, here is what you wanted and sends information or pictures.
Please convey our delight in being able to do something to make her happy.
