I have been searching for my Ancestors for about 24 years. I am interested in sharing info with others. My lines of interest are Brown, Waltrip, Roberts, Beshears, McQueen, Winslow, Freeman, Jeffrey and a few more along the way. Most of my interests are in Missouri and Indiana where my parents line of ancestry comes from.|
If you find a memorial on my page that is your relative please let me know I would love to transfer them to you for your care.

Hi Shelly - you have done a WONDERFUL job of writing biographies for your family! I have all of them in my genealogy database, but would like some additional details, if you would provide them. I have your BROWN family back to the 1700's and would be glad to share the information with you. Please send me your email address you would like me to use.

I'm curious where the information for the parents of Abram Brown (1795-1866) came from. I have him the son of James Brown and Sarah Henton Brown.
I'm in the process of verifying the connection of James Henton Brown (1796-1875) into this line. He'd have been the next younger brother to Abram.
James & Sarah are thought to have arrived in Ohio from Virginia about 1807-1808. They lived on the southwest corner of Bethel Township (section 31) from before 1818 til Sarah died and he moved to Illinois (about 1850).
Sarah appears with her husband on property transactions in 1818-1839 but not in 1845 & 1851. James Brown moved to Tazewell Co., IL after 1850 and is there in 1855 & 1860 and is listed as widowed. I have not located any death records or tombstones in Miami County for Sarah.
They had the following kids:
Abram m.1820 Polly Fergus
James Henton m.1832 Sophia Hussey (m. Sangamon Co., IL – moved to Yamhill Co., Oregon 1850)
Margaret m.1823 Nathan Miller (one of her kids moved to Yamhill Co., Oregon 1870)
Henry m.1837 Elizabeth French
Henrietta m.1834 Edward Allen (one of her kids moved to Yamhill Co., Oregon 1870)

I was so surprised by you being related to Diana. Anyway, do you have the children of Albert Marion McQueen (1928-2010) and his wife name. I have Valine. I am the family genealogy on her husband side but I have entered in Diana's parents, grand parents and great grandparents from information she gave me and Elinor filled in. I would love to research and add to my genealogy information. I always give added information to Diana. Really I will do research on any name if connected to my family.

I am related by marriage. Elinor Esther McQueen daughter Diana married my cousin Norman V. Smith. His mother was sister of my father Norman V. Rogers. Anyway. I have the brothers and sisters of Earl children down to Jr. but I do not have the name of son born abt. 1934 and daughter born after Patricia in 1937. Would you have the names. The son married a Foster and the daughter married a Clyde Leroy Brown.

Memorial #65385437. The person this memorial belongs to was Zola Gertrude Stivers (married Bronson?) According to the family bible information she was born in 1901 in Idaho. The death certificate shows 1900. Her parents were H.C. Stivers and Rose Madden. The information for the memorial has been sent to her nearest living relatives to see if they want to have this memorial under their care. In the meantime, hopefully this information can be added?
Sorry, just realized since you didn't add the photo, it won't let you remove it! I'll try to get in touch with RMcGuire!

I noticed another contributor accidentally uploaded the wrong gravestone photo to this memorial page that you manage for Edward Briggs. I've already added the gravestone photo to the correct person's grave and given credit to the original contributor.
If you could remove the wrong gravestone photo from Edward Briggs #89263072 page I'd appreciate it! Thank you!
