Hi ! I love walking thru old cemeteries, finding interesting stone markers, and researching some of the people.

I have been adding several burial records in my area, and I am sure this project will take a very long time, because I have hundreds of people to add.

**OAK HILL CEMETERY IN KIRKLIN is a special project of mine, and I will be happy to add any additional information for you, but I would rather not transfer any of these memorials at this time, but you can still add pictures if you want, and I will be happy to "link" anyone with their families. Thanks for understanding.**

The majority of the memorial records that I have added for GREENLAWN CEMETERY, Frankfort, Indiana and SPENCER CEMETERY, Sheridan, Indiana, are courtesy of MARY ELLEN MATTINGLY in Frankfort, Clinton County, Indiana. Thank You Mary Ellen for your extremely hard work on gathering all of these precious records.

Most of the memorial records that I have added for BUNNELL CEMETERY, Frankfort, Indiana are from Bunnell Cemetery records.

Special Thanks to The Frankfort Community Public Library for their great Genealogy Department. Without them, I would never be able to locate so many obits from Microfilm, birth records, death records and marriage records.

Dixie Lou McCoy #28773734
I submitted an edit removing Blanche McCoy as her mother. Dixie's mother was Martha Caroline Smith, whom I know nothing more of other than she was my grandfather's first wife. Darrell Gene was my grandmother's son. Both children died under 2 years of age and were buried in the same spot but had different mothers. Thanks.

Albert James Pearcy
Hi, Judy, I have noticed that I made a mistake when linking Albert Pearcy's kids to Edith Pearcy. Their mother was Sarah Jane (Pettit) Pearcy, Albert's first wife, who died in 1937. Edith is his second wife and as far as I know, they had no children of their own. Once I find a burial disposition for Sarah, I will link her to her and Albert's five children. In the meantime, please unlink Edith from Albert's kids; Betty, Barbara, Jack and James. Please and thank you.

Elizabeth J. Neves

I wondered if you could transcribe the information on her tombstone. I'm fairly certain she's the mother of a Civil War soldier I've been researching for quite awhile, but more information could help confirm that.

RE: Zoe Violet Huffer
Thanks so much Judy for the obit. It opens up a whole new prespective on Zoe's life. Zoe was adopted by her father's 2nd wife, but was not the child of his first. He is listed on her records as father, but they couldn't release birth mother's name. The second wife, was not the mother as they had been married long enough that an adoption wouldn't have been needed. Elymas F. Wilkins had one son, six daughters, one step-son and one step-daughter. Zoe was getting a Civil War pension check for her upkeep from her father's service when she was growing up. She had been married to a Gilbert L. Niesse of Indianapolis, IN. Don't know of any biological children for her, but it is good to know she had a family. They moved to NY and then the trail went cold, until I found the Wilkins Family Bible in Hayden Museum in Hayden, Jennings Co, IN. Several of Zoe's extended family members are buried at the Hayden Cem. including her parents. Thanks again for everything. Patricia

Zoe Violet Huffer
Dear Judy,
Would it be possible for you to transfer Zoe Violet Huffer (# 97491499)over to me? Her father was my gggrandfather, Elymas F. Wilkins. I have been searching for whatever became of Zoe for yrs. Now that a few more records have been released. I managed to find she passed away in FL.and was buried in IN. I haven't found her marriage record to Ivan F. Huffer yet or who her natural mother is. Hopefully that will come in time. If you have any additional info on her or maybe how I could get in touch with other family members please keep me in mind.
