The human stories and history that can be found in cemeteries have facinated my husband and I for years. We are happy to share this facination with the Find A Grave community. Please contact us if you have any additional information to add to our memorials. Also, please feel free to use our pictures to enhance your family histories. A credit would be nice but not a requirement.|

I just want to let you know that I called Fairmount Cemetery and that you were correct. Fairmount cremated her and then sent her remains to Arkansas. I tried to document that on her Find A Grave grave. Thank you for all your help. I really was confused by this. Couldn't figure out how she could have two burial locations!!!

|Justine Eidt Tobin||Thank you|
Thank you so much for the transfer. Frankly, we thought we had lost him and didn't know he was at Fairmount Even though his son and daughter-in-law chose to be buried there, for what we think are unrelated reasons. Crazy that people can lose track. That is what is so great about this tool. Thank you for helping me on the journey that I am on for my entire extended family.

Thank you for your boundless work. May I request the transfer of John Severin Fagrelius? This is the great-grandfather of my husband and the great-great-grandfather of our three children. Thank you.

Can you by chance recall if Milton's wife is buried with him? I am trying to figure out if this is the same Milton that I am looking for. However, the birth year is off. He was born in 1907 and not in 1908. But I just wanted to double check. Although the death date matches.
Was there a Martha buried with this Milton? That died in 1969.

|Karen||Re: Heitman Duplicate|
I've sent a message to the original owner with a request, and once she replies, I'll delete my memorial. Thanks for letting me know about the duplication!

|Not Forgotten||RE: William Cummings|
Hi: I am so sorry. Here is the complete entry:
Mr. CUMMINGS had been in failing health for some years, but death came suddenly and painlessly at the end. His funeral will take place to-morrow afternoon at 4 o'clock. The Pioneers will assemble at their hall at 3:30 o'clock, and march from there to Red Men's Hall." Source: Sacramento Evening Bee, 15 July 1891

The cemetery is very far away from me, and when I went there trying to fill requests, almost every one I looked up had no headstone. I ended up walking around taking random photos. I tried to get relatives buried together, but it's totally possible I missed some. I only walked the two front sections nearest the office.
On the plus side, the cemetery office was very helpful in locating graves.
