Are you related to any of these? I see that you left flowers for William and Beatrice (Scharpenter) Cullenbine, and Beatrice's mother's maiden name was Allard (from Kewanee, IL). My husband is related to the Allards, and was born and raised in Kewanee. firstname.lastname@example.org

Audrea Jean Boucher's fathers name was Kenneth W. Kimble. Her mother name was Mattie Boucher. They were never married. Audrea Jean was born out of wedlock. The info I have on Kenneth Kimble is he was a Dr or Attorney, don't recall which of the 2. I'll have to go through my ancestry files to find the correct info. Audrea married James Norwood Tobias. Sorry I can't be much help at this time. Will go through my files and get back with you. Thank you for your patience.

I found Lulu Pearl's father George (Silent Home Cemetery, Warren IL) and
linked them but haven't ben able to find her mother. If you know where
she's buried and whether there's a memorial please let us know.

Not being related to the Boring family, I don't know anything about them. But I did some quick research in the censuses and I can tell you that Sanford and Milton are brothers. Their parents are Thomas and Emily Boring.
They're living in Macoupin Co., IL in 1850 and have three boys, Sanford (age 7), Milton (age 5) and Richard (age 3). Also living there is a 24 yr old girl named Eliza Boring and a 2 yr old boy named Alexander Boring. Based on the order they're listed in on the census, my guess is Eliza is Thomas's sister-in-law and Alexander is her son. No husband present, so maybe he died and Eliza and the toddler are living with Thomas and Emily?
In the Illinois marriage index I found a Henry T. Boring marrying Elisa A. Valentine in 1846 in Greene County, which is right next to Macoupin County. I'm guessing Henry and Thomas were brothers.
Hope this helps some.

Hi Betty, It is nice to hear from you. Where do you fit into this line? I have not actively researched the Elizabeth Will line. Let me check my records and see if I might have something else on Elizabeth though. Please e-mail me at email@example.com and we can carry on this chat.

I did not post this as it does not appear accurate.
|HJ||Hmmm . . .|
I just noticed that the entire DOB is different, not just the year. I'm thinking now that your registration card might belong to someone else altogether. Will see what I can find.

I will try to investigate the discrepancy with the date of birth. The only thing that occurs to me presently, is that he gave an earlier birthdate to the draft board to avoid the draft. According to the draft card he was age 49. At one point during WWII, men age 45 were eligible to be drafted, so maybe he wanted to stretch his age a bit, in case the age limit was raised again??? I'll do some checking . . .
