I came here to honor my ancestors by posting their final resting places on this registration site. Without children to pass my torch to, I keep my family history online, so those who follow in my footsteps can learn about the branches of my tree.
Please work to uphold the honor, integrity and reverence of Find A Grave and treat other contributors with respect. I do not mind seeing Death Certificates, Marriage records or other documents that pertain to their life. I also enjoy seeing images of those who have passed before us, since they were living human beings, not just written records. Photos give memorials the lifeblood that they merit. Please do not post scanned obituaries on my memorials. These can be edited and added to the memorial, and I will do that if you send me the information.
