Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born in Cambridge, Mass, 9/14/1948. Had an older sister who I never got to meet, premie. Had a younger brother and sister, both have since died and are entered here on FAG. Mom & Dad have been gone for some time, they're here too. Graduated from Rockland, Ma. High school in 1966. Joined the Army right away (5 July 66) trained as a lab tech and Medic. First permanent duty station was the 3rd Field Hospital in Saigon. From there went to Germany. Served primarily overseas, 1 year in Vietnam, about 12 years in Germany, 1 year in Korea. Retired as an SFC (E7) in 1988. Married twice, first to a German gal, we're still friendly, 2d time, so far, for 36 years. Four kids from both marriages, 1 grandchild (20y) from the first and 6 (2-10y)from the second. After retiring I attended and graduated from Tampa, Fl college with an Assoc. degree. Since "retirement" have worked as a Medical Asst, Lab tech & phlebotomist, X-ray tech & currently doing medical billing as well as managing a couple of clinics. (This feels like a resume'). Have been doing genealogy for about 25 years and have a good size collection of info and can prove to 11 generations on my Mom's side. I enjoy putting my feet on the ground and doing research, including cemetery "stomping" and will help whenever I can to locate grave sites and stones.
UPDATE: Have finally "permanently retired". Now I am ready to spend more time stomping cemeteries. Unfortunately, living here in Maine this activity is seasonal, but when the weather is decent and the ground is not snow covered, I will be able to fulfill requests and add more cemeteries to FAG.

Anyone wishing to use my pictures for noncommercial uses may do so, please give appropriate credit. Many pictures that I have taken are of persons to whom I am NOT related. I take pictures of cemeteries and markers to ensure their preservation. If you are related and I am not and would like transfers, just ask.

RE: Luther Waterman
Thank you! I would glady accept transfer of Gen William Waterman and wife Elizabeth (Betsy) Watts so that I may attempt to link them with their son Luther. They are all my 3rd and 4th great grandparents. Appreciate your work recording this cemetery!

Farnham transfers and photos
Thanks so much for the transfers and great photos. Albert's parents died in Wakefield and LDS records show mother Jennie Watts as being in Wiggin Cemetery in South Wakefield.

Be safe,
Carolyn

RE: Remick/Mee
Thanks but not related so don't want a transfer. The Mee's daughter married a great uncle of mine after he was widowed by first wife. I came across her parents records and Remick's records in researching her but I don't have any other connection. Sure someone else will come along who does.

Mee & Remick
Thank You for the photos of the Mee and Remick families. Made memorial pages for others listed on the stones if you wouldn't mind adding your photos to them also. Thanks again and you are doing a great job recording this cemetery.

RE: Robert Macklin 92100489
Bill,

I have found several notices in different papers this morning that published his death. Do you think it would be better to take one from the time period that he died. 16 papers so far published the death notice and as I look at the papers he died on Feb 5, 1787. Yet on the Rhode Island, Vital Extracts on Ancestry they list Jan 5, 1787. I believe from the newspapers it is Feb not Jan.

Need to find his birth date.

I meant to try and find more information on him when I saw his headstone. Then got side tracted. Thanks for reminding me.

Mary
