I want to thank you for taking the time to try and photography my 3rd great grandmother's grave. I suspected it would be difficult and appreciate your efforts.

RE: Thanks for adding the picture.
I have to laugh! I've also shared a lot of data with Edward, so he will be getting it from both of us!
If I can help you with anything send your e-mail address to me at berke3@msn.com.
Regards, Mavis Berke

RE: Thanks for adding the picture.
Thanks for your message. First, I owe you an apology. I don't know what I was doing when I sent the birth date for Dorothy, but it should really be 13 May 1893.
Secondly, she was married before Dr. Keller. Her first husband was Samuel D. Steckler. He is buried in Mt. Judah Cemetery and has been entered into Find-a-Grave, memorial # 97061246. The Steckler entry needs some edits, which I will suggest. I believe Dorothy and Dr. Keller were married after her first husband's death, but I have no date. I have sent for a marriage certificate and, if I get one, I will send you an edit so you can include it. Dorothy had no children.

RE: Emma England
You're welcome. I figure a good grave picture is never a waste of time, and it was a lovely day for walking a cemetery.

Photo of Rebecca Abbott memorial
I tried three times to get a good photo. The one you currently have is better than mine. Also buried there is Nellie W. Abbott 1881-1956, Lyman J. Abbott 1881-1949, Lillian Abbott died Oct 18, 1869 age 22 and several of Samuel and Rebecca Abbott's children

Hi,

Is that you James? Which photo are you referring to I assume that you mean Jenny and Edward's Memorial?
Yes all (no maybe 99% of them) at the Stoke Climsland Churchyard I have taken and uploaded to Find A Grave.
I never tried a full transcription of it, have a go yourself, if you need me to send you a copy of the original digital photo I can. Sometimes inverting to negative helps to read them. But it is quite amazing what you lose when looking at a photo even if digital, only in 3D can you see the same as being stood at it!

Regards
John

It was I, and you're very welcome. By the way, that
marker is actually in Yonah Memorial Gardens. I don't think there is a Yonah Cemetery.

RE: Thanks so much!
I will try to read the date for Emma next time I visit the cemetery, in about a week or so.

(Despite the snow the weather was rather mild. Not for long!)
