I've lived in Eugene, Oregon since I was a child (originally from Superior, Montana).|
Currently retired/disabled and photographing gravestones for a hobby and exercise.
Any and all photos that I have posted are for whoever wants them. Please feel free to use them and/or post them however you want. No reference or credit needs to be given me.
Note to other photographers:
Many (if not most) people would love to see their ancestor's gravestones in full and in their setting. When shooting a stone, please take it from a distance enough to capture the stone accordingly. If it's one of those old, tall stones, take two shots; one as described and one close-up of the name and dates.
I have had to add shots to hundreds of memorials that already had shots because the existing one was just a close-up of the name and dates.

Want to thank you so much for putting my mom and dad's headstone on findagrave. I do have a picture of it someplace and for some reason never thought to add it to their site. Thanks for all you do...Lorelee Iled Dendaue
Thanks you for the quick edits!

Thank you so much for the lovely photo of the gravestone of Harold and Opal Mattoon (Memorial# 128976410).
It is so nice to have at least one photo of my distant relatives!
Again, thank you...
Thanks you for the photo of the headstone for him and his wife and for your time.

Thank you so much for the gravestone photos for Sarah Hoffman Bundy. I very much appreciate having a photo of the whole stone as well as a close up of the inscription.
The memorial I made for her is not a duplicate, because the other one was established even before she died. It didn't show up on a search as there was no date of death on the one entered before she died. "Memorials" for living people are totally cringe-worthy and I feel sorry for family members who see them later. Find-A-Grave must agree as they ban those memorials. That being said, and since you added a marker photo to the bad one, I'll delete my correct one. Your hard work is appreciated! Thanks -Jan

The information you have entered on my grandfathers grave is incorrect. He was not marred to Wilma Berwanger his son Marvin Joseph Sires was. Could you please correct this. It will not let me edit it out.

I have a small puzzle and am hoping you can help me. I visited the Stafford Cemetery near Mohawk today and took pictures of all the headstones. Among them was one for Mollee. Next to her is her husband , along with many Staffords. I started to load the photo I took to her memorial page, then realized the memorial is for Marcola Cemetery. Is this a clerical error, or do you think there are stones at both cemeteries? I will wait to load my photo or create a memorial at Stafford cemetery until I hear back from you. I hope you can shed some light on this! Thanks for all your hard work.
