I first discovered FindAGrave when trying to research the paternal side of my family. I still have a major brick wall with that line, but get a great deal of satisfaction helping other people break through theirs. |
I especially like to document older cemeteries, and also enjoy filling photo requests.
When I'm out filling photo requests, I'll post pages for others in the same area, or a marker that has touched me in some way. If it turns out that one of them is your family member, please let me know and I'll gladly fix any errors, transfer ownership, or delete it if you prefer. My purpose is only to show respect and make sure everyone is remembered.
I'm happy to share photos with family members for personal, non-commercial use, and will gladly send full resolution versions, as long as the photo was taken recently and still resides on my computer - LOL!

|Gerald Jacobs||Mason Neisser|
I have tried now for years to find his obit, death certificate. I have ask all my relatives and none of them even knew Mason Neisser existed. This is my Uncle Paul Neisser (who moved from California to Oregon)son.
By putting in his information in Find A Grave with unknown Cemetery, I thought maybe someone would be able to tell me the name of the cemetery.
I want to THANK YOU for all your HELP.
Eleanor Neisser Jacobs
Thank You for the info. on Emily Rose.. I would be happy to correct/update the other memorials if you have the info.
We contributed to her Memorial Fund that was used for the children of the area.
She is missed.
At the Bluff/Malibu Park is a bench in her memory.

Thank you for fulfilling my photo request.

I wasn't expecting a transfer (once I realized it wasn't my other George Perkins), but thank you anyway. I haven't found memorials for his parents or grandparents yet, but still looking. I've posted what little bit I know about this George.

Thank you for posting the picture of Rev Millikan's headstone. He is my GGGrandfather.
|M_D_Perkins||RE: George Perkins 1933-2009|
I checked with my mother, and she says this George is the grandson of the George I am looking for, and that he was indeed born the same year that his grandfather died. His father was George Jr. (born March 1891 in Colorado), so technically he would be George III, but my mom says she was told (by family in OK) that he was also referred-to as George Jr. My mom had planned to visit him on one of her trips to Oklahoma in the 1980s, but it didn't work out.
