Unfortunately visiting cemeteries was never one of my strong-suits. I guess the emotional outcome was always too great for me. As I have gotten older, I realized these places are not to be feared for they are only plots of remembrance and celebration of lives. Now I find peace in my visits as I marvel in the craftsmanship of the markers. I have always been interested in genealogy yet unable to procure a thorough family tree, I am hoping to find family members I never knew existed.
