RE: Lawrence Flood at First Street Cemetery
Thank you so much for the info, and yes I have booked a few days to go out there, you are very right there are so many unmarked or unfounded stones. But I plan on finding then.

Please forgive the very late response, life does have it's surprisingly times.

S. T. Wilkerson
Old ...

I have looked high and low for just who S. T. Wilkerson was. The other two men killed in the accident were Coleman men and buried at Coleman. S. T. must have lived in Coleman only for a short time.

After a lot of round-about research, I located death certificates for John Wesley Wilkerson and Elsie Ross Wilkerson. Their were buried at Elm Mott.

Thanks for your contributions to the old Waco Cemeteries ... Ralph

I went back to the cemetery and redid some of the markers that had markings that could not be read clearly. Since I use chalk to raise the inscriptions, they tend to stand out a bit better. Some of the one I did over were yours. If you want me to remove them, I will. If not, there are two people -Farr Arthur and Mary - whose picture folders are full. If you want to remove the ones you took, I will put in the chalked tombstones. If not, let me know.
