This set a example and Grave Law in all America!

His first bill he submitted, sponsored, and was passed was the Virginia Cemetery Bill, which forbade any destruction and/or plowing them under of them!

He alone saved the Wild Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo silvestris) from being becoming extinct when he was Chairman of Virginian Wildlife. Yes this is the Bird which the Country TURKEY attained that name. Tom, hen , and poults all.
Benjamin Franklin wanted this as our national Bird.

Many thanks for your offer of e-mailing Butler information.

It will certainly be very appreciated, as it is very hard to persue American Genealogy from Australia without joining Ancestery.

RE: Re:
Actually, brother I am the only square in my family line. However, you have given me a good idea to do so. I have found a rather interesting web site on all those Union and Confederate Generals who have been I-P and R'd over the generations.

Every time I see your square and compass I have figured you've already done your research on the individual. I do not know that much about OES other than they require one of us to sponsor them for it.

I'm certainly grateful you had written back to me so quick.

By the way, our warrant is celebrating its Sesquicentennial this year: 29 September 1864.

If you are descended from Henry, John, or Arthur Howland than we are surely related. My father has direct lines from all 3 brothers. Strange but true.

RE: Wares
Hi,
I am not a member of anything anymore and with all of the hacking of Family Tree Maker (understand Ancestry.com) I have not been doing much research but continue to help anyone needing help or wishing to exchange information.
Glad to see you in the thick of things and hope you can continue to do so.
Continue to exchange emails (some good info, some political and some jokes) with a group and continue to learn a lot, review previous happenings and some jokes (won't mention my political affiliation).
Stay in touch.
Ben

RE: Wares
Thanks for your reply. Yes Wares were in Virginia. I am related to Joe Ware and we have been in contact for many years and struggled through tracing many Wares. Great fella.
Would be interested in the Ware grave sites you have posted.
Do you mind direct email rather than through Find A Grave? If so you have my email address.

Wares
Hi,
Finally answering your message. My user name and password has been "acquired" and tied up for some time but now have been able to get on Find A Grave.
The Wares came from England and caught a ship in England.
I have been tracing Ware for 64 years and have recorded many Wares but not as many as you.
Keep up the good work.
