|Bio and Links|
I live in Carroll County,MS. I am currently working on getting Mississippi cemeteries mapped. There is nothing more frustrating than to drive for miles and end up in the wrong place. If you would like a family member's memorial transferred, please have made some significant contribution to FAG, i.e. grave photos, cemetery transcriptions, volunteer photos or sponsorships. Unless it is within FAG guidelines, I will not transfer to "memorial collectors". If I have photographed a request for you, consider it yours to do with as you please. Corrections and additional information are always welcome.|
I would like to give recognition to Herby (Amy) Bloodworth for many of the bios and family links that appear on memorials that I have created. The many hours of research he has put into this are certainly appreciated by family members and myself.
I would also like to thank Beth Austin and Monique (kalh7338) for the many obituaries they have sent me. I believe this helps us remember those we are memorializing.

Thanks for letting me know. I will have Find A Grave merge the two together.
|James George||Mt Prospect Cemetery - Amesbury pictures|
I took a spin on my bicycle down to the Mt Prospect cemetery to try and obtain a few of the Collins family that you had requested awhile back. I got a few but I need to take some materials/tools to clean up the headstones before I can take some good pictures. How sure are you of the dates that are listed as it seems some may be off by several years as the headstone lists different years of death from what you have listed.

Go check out the Eaton Cemetery in Danville. I photographed all the stones visible today. Some aren't too legible. I had forgotten bug spray and was being eaten alive by mosquitoes. I put together as much of the families as I could from the familysearch.org BMD records.

Not a problem here, I took all the Grave markers in the cemetery's photos. Posted them all already on find a grave and what pertained to my family tree in my tree. It took me two trips to find the cemetery. I have a book with all the cemeteries in Neshoba with maps. Current up until 1996. There is a Cemetery some one made with the same name as if it is in Winston County, there is with same name in Winston County. but several miles North East Of this one.

Are you related to Pierre Lindrose or Josephine Lindrose Tompkins? I ask because Pierre was my great great grandfather & Josephine was my great grandmother.

|No Guts, No Glory||thank you|
For your keen eye. Happy taphophiling
I can try. We got snow again last night and have had a ton this winter. Not sure how wet the ground will be. This does seem to be a private cemetery. I'll try to remember to make some calls on my lunch hour tomorrow to see if I can gain access and check it out on Saturday if there isn't too much snow.

Many thanks, Cindy. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
I am requesting this nonexistant cemetery in Houma be deleted. It should be done in the next day or so.
All of the memorials SHOULD have been entered in Lake Charles.
Just thought you might be happy to know this.

Thank you for your efforts and finding and taking a picture of my great grandfathers headstone. You gave me a piece of him and my family history. Words could never express how grateful I am. Thank you and God bless
