Bio

I am a eighty six year old retired U.S.A.F. fighter pilot living in Sierra Vista, Arizona who has been doing genealogy research for forty years. It all started in 1981, with a hand typed 6" x 9" 3 ring binder, provided to my father by Edna Emily Reh (Helfer) Hillard, containing information on less than 100 people. It has evolved to over 2,000 ancestors and relatives.

Find A Grave allows me to provide relatives with genealogy along with photos so they can better relate to their ancestors. My line of ancestors is indicated by • Name •. My earliest know Hillard ancestor is • Guy H. Hillard • .

I get a lot of satisfaction providing additional information for those in other parts of the country. It is my way of returning the favors everybody has and is doing for me.

I have extensive records for the Hillard family and their associated branches which I will gladly provide to anyone who would like the information.

I have also created memorials for numerous military associates and friends. These are grouped in My Virtual Cemeteries. I also maintain a web site for my fellow F-4 pilots and GIBs who were WOLF FACs at Ubon RTAFB https://sites.google.com/site/leehillard1969/home Note: There was a link here till FAG removed it - cut and paste to see the site.

If you find any errors, or have additional information for any of my memorials, please notify me. If you have better or additional photos, please upload them to the memorial or email them to me.

Please feel free to use any of the photos that I have posted on FAG.

I will gladly transfer any of the memorials I have created in Utah as I am not related to any of those people.

I hate the new format for having screwed up hundreds of links to photos on my memorials that no longer work. My sincere apologizes to those of you who may be offended as I am.
